Thank you for the thorough explanation along with the photos, based on my current setup the relocation bracket should suffice.
Happy to help bro :)

I was surprised to see the Watts Link on the Ranger Raptor and the drop out center section (diff). Wish the Broncos had that setup.

Because of all ya'll, I spent more money on my Bronco and got the Fabtech version. It's real beefy and got it for $106 shipped!

The Fabtech bracket looks beefer than the Rock Jock bracket. Made of 1/2" steel vs 3/16" of RJ's and It adds a gusset brace, wraps around the axle mount with an extra mounting bolt. Don't know if its necessary but looks heavy duty. Keep us posted on how the install goes.

So, I'll start this off by saying this - if you have lifted your Bronco and don't already have a Relocation Bracket for your trac (or track) bar, get one. It just works. And yes, EVEN IF you already have an Adjustable Track bar....

After looking at my lifted & settled setup closer, I’m dead level at 0 degrees measured. Looks like I don’t need the relo after all first glance, but I articulate a lot and speed on bumps so I’ll see what they say at Rock Jock. I don’t mind moving back in the relo but probably moving UP isn’t the right plan.

Hmmmm....Could you show a shot of the rightmost connection point on the track bar? I'm wondering where it connects to have that kind of an almost horizontal angle.

Is that the ICON track bar? Looks like it’s on backwards. Their install instructions have the adjustable side on passenger.

I believe Some are adjustable on both ends… right-hand threads on one end and left-hand on the other so you don’t have to un-bolt it to adjust it.

Question: Can I add just the bracket to a factory SAS Badland Bronco and gain improvements? OR do I need to add an adjustable bar as well?

The best way to determine this is to measure the height difference between the two ends of your rear trackbar. If ~ 2 inches, a bracket could help (Boss4x4 recommends this for SAS model, their bracket raises it by 2 3/8'').

All Bronco models use the same non-adjustable trackbar. Assuming non-sas is parallel to the ground, then sas definitely won't be. However, you have an overland build that may lower the rear enough so you don't need one.

I was wondering if Boss or any of these other manufacturers quote measurements (of adjustment). Eyeballing my sasquatched Big Ben, which has a little bit of weight added to it in that I have added steel skids and what not, I estimate it would take an inch or an inch and a half of rise to get the track bar level. Thus, I think most of these relocation brackets would be too much. I need to crawl under there and do some measurements to find out fer sur...

Edit: does anyone sell an "adjustable" track bar relocation bracket?

Note - that the purpose of the bracket is NOT to completely get the bar horizontal, but "as-close-to." I have a Big Bend too and have added a full compliment of RCI skids.
