@SROC3 I need your help!
In the middle of the relocation install and I’m stumped. ICON trackbar, like yours, so I hope you can help.
Can you send me a pic of the bolt going through the trackbar? I’m trying to see how much of a gap is normal. Here’s what I’m looking at.

How does one tell that the axle is centered? Eye it? Against what?

With an adjustable track bar installed, centering the axle shouldn't be too difficult, as long as one can tell what is "centered".

Measure the space between the tire and frame on both sides. Or measure from tire to flare, but bodies can sit slightly off center of the frame so the first way is more accurate.

I had an old explorer once that the body was shifted 5/8" to one side from the factory.

Thanks - good to know that I won't need to spend money for a shop to do this! I have a RockJock bracket ordered; we'll see how things go.

It is a huge improvement even for OEM SAS height. I pick the boss4x4 one for better clearance.

Hey sorry man! I was out in the desert and just got home last night when I saw this. I don't have my Bronco with me right now so I can't measure or take pics. I will try and update you later today with some pics.

EDIT:
So here is what mine looks like......

No need to even jack up the rear, right? I can just do it all on the ground?
Yup. I did it with everything on the ground.

3 Easy Steps:
  1. Unbolt stock stuff
  2. Bolt on Rock Jock
  3. Look busy to avoid doing other stuff (zip tie your phone to the track bar, lie on your back, hold a wrench, and watch YouTube?)
Edit: If it's lifted, then the holes should line up easily. If not, jack up the passenger side of the axle a bit? It's super easy.

I had high hopes going into it but the shop that did my lift and installed my ICON trackbar made this relocation kit into a PITA for me. First the swapped the bolt and nut for the trackbar, so the rear nut isn't locked in by the OEM bracket, and the bracket makes it very difficult to stop the nut from spinning. I finally got past that issue only to find that the shop also used a (provided?) small heim joint spacer, 1/2" vs. the stock 5/8". And they didn't provide me the "extra" parts so I stalled out at the final step because I have a 1/2" gap between the relocation bracket and the track bar. Anyway, got a spacer on the way and hope to have it buttoned up soon.

Oh wait....EDIT: Hahaha!!! Those are spacers that are supposed to be re-used from the stock location I think.

Oh and sorry man for not being able to help yesterday.....I know the feeling. Ugh. But it seems you got it handled! Looking forward to hearing how ya like it!
