Iām not sure what your tires are, but no lift is needed if you have a standard Badlands or equivalent tire setup. Iāve done those and Top of the World, though TotW will scrape the skid plates in a few places unless you are very particular about your lines and obstacles. I kinda plowed through. š
I canāt figure out the visor thing. We didnāt have the visors hit the mirror at firstāwent months and never noticed an issue. Then it seemed both my wife and I noticed the driverās side visor would just hit the mirror when folded down, even though we each use a different mirror position. Then...
The next time youāre driving her car, adjust the ACC distance to the shortest follow setting. If thatās still not enough for your āabout to passā moments, just apply a little bit of acceleration and youāll override ACC for your pass. ACC has become one of my āhave to haveā features.
This could have been a great reply to āWhat do you want for Fatherās Dayā if only it was available in a less-expensive standard plastic form. They look nice and have a slight benefit of being easy to identify, but arenāt filling a need.
I don't. If he had, he'd be driving an older fire-damaged-and-repaired Bronco instead of a new one. :D
Seriously, though, I would not purchase a fire extinguisher with the expectation of being able to put out a fire under the hood. I'm not sticking my hand under the hood to release the latch...

Had mine checked today, too. No issue. So far, none of the recalls issued for my vehicle have affected it. It's a shame there have been so many, because it tarnishes others' perception of what's been a great vehicle for me.
Anecdotally, (and knock on wood), Iāve yet to experience any issue of the recalls on my Bronco. š I think there have been five. This seat bolt one didnāt checked correctly, so I guess it still could need a fix.
Also, luckily for me, I havenāt had any bad ones like the valve issue or (I guess...
Iām curious what the fabrication cost was. Iād be worried that my kind of off-roading could send the battery into the side window. š Iām still in the āthinking about itā stage of a battery purchase, but one thought was how I would secure itāthings have been known to get airborne in my cargo area! š
Granger, IA to Salt Lake City. We made a road trip of the drive home: 5 days, 4 people in a 2-door, and we all managed fine. I spent time in the back to see what it would be like and was surprised there is decent room. Of course, we had to stop at Badlands NP since that is our model (and Mt...
I brought mine in for service and to do whatever recalls were open (I listed them on the appointment) and it appears it didnāt get done because my invoice had a cryptic note from the tech about not knowing what needed to be done. Iām waiting for the shock parts they ordered, so Iāll try again...
