Did you install your lift yet?

Dobinsons installed added 2” lift over sas. So far really liking the the ride compared to stock. Only complaint, the rear rebound adjustment is not easily accessible. first trail run yesterday and flex was great and very happy with performance. will take time to get the compression settings dialed in.

They also have a differential drop so make sure you get a kit when required!

Here are a few I did not install diff drop but may add. The shop that installed said angles were fine. Also shock vendor said not required.

It looks great with the extra height. I wonder how much droop you have in the front now. The angle looks ok at rest. Are you going to be able to measure how much droop you get compared to stock?

Late chiming in but I just bought a 2025 Badlands non-sas. I want about a 1.5” lift, only 1” over stock Sasquatch.

That said I see a lot of options. I’m thinking of pulling the trigger on Eibach. Either the coils in the Pro-Kit or the full Pro Truck coil over since they are on sale for $1500.

I plan to stay on 35’s, nothing super technical off-road, fire roads and fishing holes lol.

What are your thoughts @Snacktime

I plan to stay on 35’s, nothing super technical off-road, fire roads and fishing holes lol.

Ya, I am running this exact setup, I threw them on just as they came out of the box. I am pretty happy with how it looks, rides, etc. I am running BFG KO2's (315/70R17).

It's not as stiff as the non-Sasquatch Bilsteins, so initially it felt a little less sure-footed, especially since I left the sway bar disconnected at first. It was much better behaved at 80mph with the sway bar, but still not as good as Bilsteins.

It didn't handle as well on the street as my Bilsteins (especially with the factory non-Sasquatch BD or OBX wheels and tires), but it was better than the Hitachis when it came to brake dive and overall handling.

Off-road the Eibach Pro-Truck 2.0 setup smokes the Bilsteins. They soak up everything with ease. At $1500 the Eibach Pro-Truck 2.0 is a solid value. It might be worth checking out the Bilstein 6112/6100 or the Pro-Comp (aka 4wp suspension) as these are in the same price range and may be a better option depending on how you drive your Bronco.

I haven't tried these other setups. I would talk to Snacktime, Popo Patty, @87-Z28, and perhaps Shock Surplus for other knowledgeable opinions. I am mostly suspension stupid, I know what feels right, but I can't calculate the right answer to save my ass.

I could calculate that $900 for an Eibach Pro-Truck 2.0 suspension was an acceptable risk. I would do it again.

Thanks for the detailed response. I appreciate that. How much lift did you get out of the box? HD or normal springs? UCA required for alignment?

I like the 6112 but I like the adjustability of the Eibach a bit more I think

My take since you have a brand new bronco, with new shock and stock tires the best option is 1.5" lift collars. This is money well spent as it is hard to beat the stock suspension with stock tires without spending more.

If you move up to real 35s then I would look hard at 6100 shocks as they add substantial performance. Don't buy aftermarket market springs, you will pay to have the shocks adjusted more than once. Aftermarket springs do no provide predictable lift.

If you move up to real 35s then I would look hard at 6100 shocks as they add substantial performance. Don't buy aftermarket market springs, you will pay to have the shocks adjusted more than once. Aftermarket springs do no provide predictable lift.

I plan to move to 35’s or 315/70/17. I liked the Eibach for the reason you mentioned, I can adjust them in the driveway without disassembly. With the 6100 or 6112 I would have to disassemble to adjust.

If I’m staying at 35’s and only going up 1-2” are the Eibachs that bad on or off road?

It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I have the Broncbuster 1.5" shock spacers and 315's on my Badlands. It sits about an inch higher than a Squatch.
Spreadsheet for specs if you care. Add 1.5" to the BL shocks and lengths are in the ballpark of the aftermarket.

You are looking at a digressive 2" shock for $1800 just like the $500 5100 Bilsteins. Nothing wrong with them just a lot of money for the exact same thing as stock sas suspension. You will most likely notice the digressive valving for a couple of days. The valving helps with sway at the expense of more road feel. Then you will miss the SAS shocks soft progressive bump stops.

Note: my previous rigs were Wildtraks and Raptors so I only used perch collars

Eibachs don't belong in the same sentence as HOSS 3.0 or Raptor.

I 100% agree with that notion having experienced all 4 Bronco OEM suspensions

I think I am going to go with RPG Perch collars. They list as 2.25" up front but as I have seen, from previous experience and here on the forum, they always overestimate by a half inch so I will end up with 1.75". This seems to be a reasonable stop-gap until I decide on the final lift.
