I agree with you, the intake is the big plus with the Everglades. It has made life more comfortable for me when entering water as I know Iām not directly gulping in water when my hood takes a dip under water for a few seconds.
The Everglades has the tubes extended up higher and the 2 behind the engine have breather caps.
Maybe the advertised Everglades claims are real.
Any other pics of things anyone wants to confirm on an Everglades feel free to reach out anytime. Iām happy to help us all learn more about our Broncos.
2 month update.
Pods are holding up well to mud and water submerging.
The rear facing are the floods and perfect for backup use still.
The front are the spots and Iāll say they are too weak for cowl spot use. They might do better in the front bumper so Iāll be moving them to that area and see...
Just a heads up, Removing the wheel and the fender liner are super easy and take 15 minutes.
This is the easiest part of this swap.
cutting the fender hole is the biggest challenge. If your good with cutting the hole, you can do this project no problem.
I had the same experience as "GI_Jo_Nathan
I was hearing a small clunk when moving from still to forward under tension, like on a small incline or from reverse to forward.
I could not find the cause, one day when I jacked up to shake the wheels, holy cow it was jiggling. My bolt was about 2...
Not sure if this is a the more you post the better your chances š
So Iām still in and following for the Sept 7th winner date.
This would be sure great for my next trip to Windrock this winter.
Your darn right, I went to pickup 2 new batteries for my older diesel pickup, damn things were $200 each, I felt like I was going to need a loan application at checkout. Haha
And they only seem to last 3 years now š,
The only reconditioned battery place Ive seen around here is over a hour...
Glad they replaced it, Iāve got the typical cracks myself around the rear window. No one with a mic is immune.
Less than 2k left on warranty so I better an apt asap.
Iām yanking your chain bud.
I open your threads because you have things to say that Iām interested in and Iāve wondered about these XS batteries so thanks for sharing.
Youāre killing me Smallās.
That college is in tears also after reading this thread.
3 different ātearsā of battery š
Not that Iām one to talk about grammar or spelling but this is too funny.
I have a generic 16k and it works fine. Going on 8 years and I got it used. It only gets cycled as Iāve never needed it but at $300 with a pile of accessories I could not pass it up.
I use a ridgid brand with a Yamaha engine 8k for my backup events as itās smaller and uses less fuel. Another...
Value is whatever you can get for it, so itās subjective to your area.
Iām not sure why anyone would pay for a mic with all the issues, painted top would sell better in my opinion.
This kit is a compromise to allow you to retain the Fox shocks you paid extra for.
The kit does slightly change the performance, you would be the judge if itās better or worse, itās subjective in feeling.
If you are not looking to compromise just jump straight into aftermarket coilovers. When...
This sounds like itās your first Ford experience by the comment, thatās unfortunate to come up short with the bad one.
There is no trend of these failing in Broncos or the many other vehicles they are in.
Let them replace it and you should be good, you just had bad luck is all.
Not even close to Jeeps yet. Not to mention I rarely see one without ducks lined up, no mods to heavy mods, ducks.
Bronco vendors and owners are working fast to catch up.
Drive/ride quality is subjective. Many people with the wildtrak with the factory fox shocks run the zone 2.25āspacers and find the ride quality is improved for them.
I run these myself.
If you stay under 3ā you will not negatively impact your suspension in my opinion.
If you donāt like the...
