That’s a bunch of lift. I’m going to also say it’s likely cv joint / and or spline engagement depth related effecting ability to travel in and out of the diff through suspension travel.

Dumb this down for me. I speak dog not off-road cars just yet.

If a cv joint was damaged / pulled partially out of socket during shock installation (easy to do when taking short cuts) the axle assembly is actually longer now. It can only stab into the differential so deep before binding and causing vibrations etc. Hard acceleration on a damaged cv could as it’s coming apart be trying to make the shaft longer thus deeper (too deep) in the diff.

I'm thinking if your able to engage the front locker and jack it up so the left front is off the ground. Shouldn't be able to spin it if everything is working properly.

OP Do you have the ability to jack it up and check all 4 cv joints? You’re going to have a hard time convincing the installer to do that, since he’s in denial that he could have screwed up.

As others have said, during install one way to install is remove the CV from the hub. If they didnt do it correctly very possibly it wasn't seated back correctly.

4h/4a only means its coming from thefront drivetrain most likely. CV's im 90% sure

The owner of the shop helped accutune develop the tuning for the kings and seems very knowledgeable so I’m guessing he knows his way around installing these shocks, but I can’t say for certain. Seemed like a pretty squared away guy. I truly hope that’s not the case.
The Bronco is somewhat a different animal from Jeeps and Toyotas. I would have screwed up installing my coilovers had I not watched some YouTube vids.

Update:

I checked the clickers and the front right was almost all the way firm and the front left was all the way soft. I haven’t driven it yet but I set them both to all the way soft.

here’d some pictures in regards to the other issues you suggested.

I can’t really tell from the pics, but it looks like the springs don’t have much preload at all. That could be because you don’t have as much weight on the front bumper as I do (mine has a winch) or because Accutune changed the valving in the shocks, so you’d have to ask them what they recommend.

Mine are the stock setup from King. I checked them a few minutes ago and I’m running 4-5 threads on the spring preload and 12 clicks on the clickers. @5GENIDN and @popo_patty may be able the chime in with their settings.

I’m not saying it’s NOT the CV, but I wouldn’t give up on the shocks just yet. If I found the clickers were set to full-stiff on one side and full-soft on the other, I’d be questioning whether the shocks were really adjusted for your truck setup when they were installed.

Hoping it’s an easy fix. I’m beyond frustrated.
I feel your frustration man I can only imagine how annoying it is for an exciting mod to turn into a nightmare. Just take it to the shop first thing in the morning on Monday I’m pretty sure they’ll figure it out and fix it up like brand new. The waiting sucks which I totally understand. I’m a very impatient over thinker myself

I have no threads showing since I don’t have any weight up front just an svc Baja bumper.

I put them full soft on both sides and have since changed them to 5 clicks from counter clock wise.

No pre load on either side. They have the cv saver from accutune and were built by them for my bronco, are you saying the installer installed them incorrectly?
I wouldn’t go so far as to say they installed them incorrectly, but I think it’s fair to say the shocks aren’t configured correctly for your truck (yet). It shouldn’t have rolled out of an expert shop with the clickers that far off.

Since Accutune built them for you, give them a shout tomorrow and talk to them about it. Explain the symptoms and get their feedback. If they have a relationship with the installing shop, I’m sure they’d be glad to have a conversation with them to help get you squared away.

I did call them and they just said the shocks wouldn’t cause what I’m feeling and it wasn’t anything they did. They were nice just unfortunately not much help. Maybe they will chime in.
I agree the shock settings would not cause what you’re feeling, but obviously they screwed something up during installation. You also have a vibration you didn’t have previously correct?
