$1,000 parts & labor seems a bit high IMO.
Understatement of the year right here. The dealer did a (IIRC) 1.5" leveling kit on my wife's old F150 a few years back for about $200 parts and labor, and all it was was spacers. It was all for looks, no wheeling in that grocery getter. Even with inflation I would expect them to be able to do all four corners of a Bronco for $600.

Thanks so much bro because of this comment I think I’m going 1 inch spacer lift and calling it a day!! Any suggestions on good spacers ?
solid aluminum is best, but really any name brand ones (zone, readylift, icon…) will be fine For 1ā€ on road.

I have the Broncbuster 1.5" spacers on mine. Been fine for 3+ years now. Been wheeling, hit whoops on occasion. I have the Badlands so I'm pushing my suspension close to the edge, but no worse than any extended length shock. If you have the Hitachi shocks it may not be as bad, per day.

You'll be fine with the squatch wheels and tires, no spacer needed...just pull the crash bars.

The spacer lift isn't "bad" per-say, it will be fine on pavement but I'd recommend 1.5" max to put less stress on the CVs. Also, at 2" of lift, you'll be on the cusp of needing new UCAs to be able to align properly.

A happy medium between top hat spacers and full blown coil over lift would be perch collars. Helps preserve steering geometry and CV angles. Perch collars are inexpensive however you do need to remove and disassemble the coil overs to install the collars.
I'm a little confused here. The OP has a non-Sas Base. My Badlands has a factory 2" lift by comparison, yet the CVs are fine. Doesn't the amount of allowable lift depend on the trim?

Yes and no. You can go as high as you like w/ any trim but there are trade offs. In theory OP could probably go 3" if he wanted and have roughly the same CV angles as sasquatch but it will affect the Hitachi performance vs. your OEM sasquatch Bilstein's. IMO 2" spacer lift on any trim would be max.

No you do not...just need a wheel with proper offset and pull the crash bars.

@Joemama, what is the offset on those wheels? I want to pull the trigger on some aftermarket wheels but not really sure what offset is needed. I have a Badlands (non-SAS). Looking to add the Fabtech 2021+ Ford Bronco 4WD 1.5in Leveling System if needed to get some 35x12.50 tires on there.

OP, a quick search of your local marketplace lists some take-off squatch coilovers for $500. A local off-road shop will probably install them for $150-$200 per corner.

Respectfully, I think to match Sasquatch CV angles you can go 1.1" on a non Sas most trims and .6" on a Badlands non Sas. And to avoid diff drop, UCA and steering issues I would say 2" lift max most trims, 1" Sasquatch and 1.5" non Sas Badlands.

I could have worded that better...roughly same CV angle as squatch w/ 2" of lift.

There are certain posters here, like you and @crenca (who liked your post), whose posts you can take as truth, but my poor reading comprehension led to my confusion.
