5mm shouldn't be an issue. Keep searching wheels...by all accounts on the forum +18 to +12 is sweet spot for scrub radius and rubbing running 315s or 35 x 12.50s. Also, there's some very light wheels out there that will help offset added tire weight if that is a concern.
You're already running the 315s on your badsas wheels so handling/MPG won't be an issue w/ the 315s. +35 offset would only recess the wheel an additional 5mm compared to your badsas wheels so the 315s would be in just a smidge more under the squatch flares...the 285s on the +35 would be...
The KM3s will probably be your best choice for your use IMO. The Mickey's are a great tire but the MT tread probably overkill for your use. I personally don't have any photos but there are several tire sites that you can input your vehicle and see a virtual photo. Or try a search here on the...
Guessing the adhesion won't be affected but removal might not be good for the wrap. Usually a bit of gentle heat is required to remove from paint...good chance the wrap would lift along with the deflector.
Lol, that's why I suggested the steering shaft u-joint method. The tie rod method really isn't that bad, just a bit more involved. Be a good learning experience in case you snap a tie rod on the trail.
I must of been at the perfect spot when I did mine after I installed new coil overs, UCAs and tie rods. Wheel was off ever so slightly and one spline did the trick. Centered the wheel where I wanted it and rotated the lower shaft and u-joint.
Lol, it would drive me nuts as well. The steering u-joint method is going to be much easier than trying to adjust the tie rods and still keep the alignment. There's one bolt that locks the u-joint to the shafts. Set the wheel exactly where you like it, disconnect the u-joint, double check the...
