Coming along nicely. Smooth install so far and they look great. Portals will be done tomorrow but decided last minute to go with new wheels so will be a couple days waiting for wheels to come in.

I reached out to Turn off road today and they told me their tie rods do work with the Hoss 3.0 steering rack but you have to shim them, so that's good.
You have to shim them??? what are you shimming? The tie rod to the rack???

I ordered a bit ago and mine won't ship for a couple more weeks. Looking forward to them. Won't get em installed til July once they ship.

Install seems straightforward. How long did it take? I'm using my buddy's lift and can leave it on the rack til done. I will be rocking the stock 35s for awhile which will look silly.

I don't like how the steel rotors bolt to an aluminum center assembly. Different materials, with different heat expansion and heat releases Loctite. Also would have liked to see the factory brake rotor mounts integrated in for more rotation strength.

The wheel flange appears to be 20CrMnTi

It's magnetic? Material looks like machined aluminum in the pictures.
I'm waiting on mine to ship, so have looked at the photos a few times. They've updated the page a few times since they went live, and in some newer photos you can see the flange better. They also just posted up the bill of materials which list is as 20CrMnTi. I do plan to use VT137 threadlocker which has good performance at sustained higher temperatures
