Tricky Dick and the rest, thanks for all of this great information. Were you able to determine if the '04-'08 F-150 Inner will work with the '15 Camaro Outer? I'm about to order my spares from Rock Auto for my Colorado trip and need to determine if I need to order the Ranger or F-150 Inners. Thanks for the help.
It should be here any day now to test, hold tight.

Camaro TREs are here and I'm calling them a bust. They are shorter than advertised, only about 10mm longer than 04-08 F150. There is about an inch of thread engagement, which should be enough, but the tapered end doesn't sit in the Bronco knuckle well. They seem to have the same taper but the Camaro one is longer.

Back to searching.

What you are doing is amazing. it would also be amazing to learn that a 2005 kia sportage has a stronger TRE than my Bronco Sasquatch…. Come on FORD!
Crazy huh? I hope I've finally unlocked the right combo.

I thought we had reached the bottom when we got to the gosh durn Chebby Camaruh but then Tricky went straight OG Kia on us 😆

I can't wait to see B6G signatures start showing "Kia steering upgrade" 😁

Thank you to everyone putting in the time and expense to find a better BroncBuster alternative.

Another vendor had just entered the market with a new tie rod brace that is more affordable than BroncBuster and looks a lot nicer:

Chaos Concepts sells a set for $249.

Broncobuster probably be upset a little. I think both are ugly and if I were a jeep guy again I’d probably laugh to myself at both if I seen them on the trail. That same guy also said he was working on affordable tie rods with heims. This bronco is still so new I figure come this time next year aftermarket support will be better and all the test fazes with all these parts will be done everything is basically in beta testing right now.

I did order couple inner’s that tricky dick recommend. I’m running sleeves now on the stock tie rods. Still keeping a eye on this thread but less concerned now about getting stranded in the woods with no steering.

What sleeves are you using?

I got the black jks ones and Rc makes some too. From what I researched on them Duramax guys running 1000 lbs + tq we’re breaking their tie rods while launching but after added sleeves theyre hold up. So I’m sure they definitely add some strength or they wouldn’t be using them.

Honest question. Why upgrade the tie rod if all evidence shows your gonna blow up your steering rack instead? Wouldn’t you want the tie rod to be the cheaper easier sacrificial part?
You'll wanna upgrade both. That BroncBuster Delrin rack bushing is worth its weight in gold.
I saw 1 vid of his truck, muscling up a steep incline, (40"?)front wheel coming up in the air and coming back down under power and twisting the LCA like a pretzel. No tierod or rack damage.
He WHEELS that thing to destruction and then builds it stronger. 👍🏻
