If you're in love with the coating on your wheels then I'd probably skip it but the first day in Moab cured me of that concern. It's not too bad when it's dry but I can see it being a little dicey for body panels if it was really wet, especially for the Mordor Broncos.

Is there a light which would take up that whole recess in the bumper? Those pod lights look fine but I'm curious why they shaped the bumper like that.

In fairness, they're also good at scratching. 😂 Are sharp edges inside common? Both mine had interior finishes around the windows sharp enough to draw blood. Just ask my kids! I know Hyundai recalled tons of cars for sharp flaked chrome on the door handles so maybe this is also a safety issue?

I impulsively picked up one of these from Autoplicity and I have mixed feelings. The bumper itself seems fine but I have the same concern about the strength of the mounting system. They have those massive 1" solid steel plates for the shackles but they only have one M8, one M10, and one M12...
