Exploring off-the-shelf tie rod upgrades

That seems awfully strange. unless they put the lower heim joint right on top of the knuckle? What does the angle look like at rest?

Here is the only picture I have before the Icon Suspension was installed and back to Stock Tie Rods.

It does look like the space to the the center of the heim is shorter than the regular tie rod end, although not much, Perhaps the RPG Clevis vs the Ball on the stock inner also makes the distance shorter, And I can see where a combo of the two would certainly lead to it pulling in more when at droop. Did you notice if the Heim was binding at the bottom of travel?

That is correct.

The Heim itself was not the problem.
