Just received my order placed Monday but received a fender cover instead of the differential cover:(. I hope everyone else's orders go better than mine.

Well dangit. Got the email so I'll be going later. Hopefully it's not a random part instead of what I ordered... lol

I received mine yesterday, surprised how quickly it arrived after my first experience with them took so long. Comes with the Gasket and ALL the bolts including the extended studs for the brake line and a nice instruction sheet with torque values.

Glad your oder went well! Luckily I don't need the differential cover in a hurry as they are telling me there is no provision in their system to send out the correct part. They first will send me a Fedex call tag which will take up to 72-hours to receive and then up to 30-days for Ford Performance Parts to process the return once they receive it before I can reorder with my FordPass rewards.

The OEM gasket is reusable. I have not decided if I'll re-use it or use the fiber gasket (which will need RTV sealer used with it).

I have not been able to find a fiber gasket to replace the one that comes with the cover, so at some point, I'll have to use the OEM.

I hope to install mine tomorrow afternoon and will report back.

Good point. I was hoping to reuse the the OEM Gasket. Going to try to get to my install Saturday, supposed to be warmer here the next few days. Looking forward to your pictures.

How much time did you spend on this? I going to do my MT as well, I'm a capable car guy, doing most all service myself., short of warranty work.. I'm thinking 2 hours +/-.

It took me less than 2 hours to do the front and rear axles plus the transfer case.

Got my diff cover! 🤩

Is that time each or all together? What tools do you use, if you don't me asking? (Wondering what I need to get, I don't have a lot so far.)

I have a small leak in the front diff I saw when I put the steering on, wondering if I should wait to take it in for service.

All together. You need a 3/8" ratchet for the square plugs on the front axle and transfer case and (I think) a 10mm socket for the rear cover bolts. Add a bit of Teflon tape on the plugs

Well shoot I got that. Do you use a funnel or anything to get the oil in?

Funny how that 10mm comes up all the time...
