The procal can do tires and gears changes by itself. The front drive unit setting was clearly after putting in the code for the tune and part of the tune.

The Ford performance tune is so mild and from what I've read can adjust for low octane. I will make it clear that I did not buy this for the tune. Every other aftermarket tune is going to be better than Ford performance. And when you start adding more power than octane is clearly going to be an issue.

Front locker is hooked up, 15amp fuse to the battery with the relay being powered by key on power. Picked up the hood latch plug off ebay and put my switch near the the magic dial.

Most canned tunes map for whatever, but usually take a few tanks of 93 to get where it should once using 87. Now it’s another story if you’re actually on a dyno. I Like the location of the switch and looking at your interior I gotta get to scrubbing on mine.

So I've noticed FoMoCo giving lot's of love to vehicle mod threads. Should we take that as endorsement and tacit approval of future warranty claims...send it!

Yea I’ve done a whole study on before and after on the FP tune. The calibrations from the ProCal tool are huge. The tune didn’t add anywhere near the advertised power per the dyno runs I did before and after. It did change the entire power band though with much more torque coming on much lower in the band. Same with power. Felt that difference for sure and am loving it. I’m off-roading, not racing so I don’t need a ton more power, just makes it easier to bust drivetrain parts.
The FP tune is geared for 93 octane FYI but of course, Cali here with my 91 Oct. Good thing about modern engines is they can adjust for different octanes so I can run 91, 87, etc and it will just adjust itself for the octane and i wont get the same power.

Nice. Have you posted the dump curves somewhere? Would love to see them.

All I get is warranty declined.

I plan to stack a second programer on top.

Better yet, I filmed it all. I know, this was one of my first videos lol… it kinda sucks. But all the info is there including the dyno charts at the end.

If you’re wondering why I’m leaning my Bronco, it’s because it’s my support vehicle for the day… I could barely walk I was so weak lol. I was just getting over COVID nasty #3 and talking was exhausting

You should take it as "we know you modified your Bronco and we will be ready to decline your warranty claim".
