Front is back together, working through what I am going to do for the sway bar bolts. 1 of the 4 frame nuts is stripped (impact happy asshole) so I think I'm going to drill it out and weld a new nut in.

Sway bar? Don’t need no stinkin sway bar!
What size is it? Might be a standard bolt thats a tiny bit bigger and you could tap the weld nut to that size. Every now and then that works.

Sway bar is on, still need to put the skid plates back on.

Still need to install Pro-Cal, skids, locker switch, ARB sliders.

Installed m210, gear oil added, new CV axles, diff drop adjusted to 3/4", engine oil changed

Arb provided fine thread 1.25mm nuts and 1.75mm bolts.

new design from down under. just ram em home as they're the new style lock nut

are they plated and stainless sets of nuts? pic looks like ss on the lower set

Missing 2 bolts on the front of each slider, will hit ace hardware to grab nuts latter. All back together and got a metal on metal clunk when I hit the driveway curb on my test drive. I have 1/4" of in and out movement in the passenger cv. Going to sleep on it but the passenger side might have to come apart again and see if the outer slieve moved during assembly.

Bummer on the passenger CV. I am sure you will get it sorted out.

a couple questions on the install. How heavy is that FDU? Looks like a beast. Did you have help? Can you just hang it using the open slot in the mount and then line things up. I suppose you did it with floor jacks. Looks like a bit of a PITA. Any issues with lining up the drive shaft and your diff drop?

I think that there are two different oem forward drive shafts. One for m190 and one for m210. I could be wrong. Did you see any reason to not use the m190 shaft? You think they are different lengths? Or just different part numbers?

They are different lengths. When I got my 210 I also got the drive shaft with it. I compared both and the 190 shaft would collapse to the length needed to fit the 210 so no need to buy the 210 shaft. 210 shaft is shorter than the 190.

My axle shafts have moved in and out since day one. I went to a dealer and wiggled other Sasquatch axles and they all did the same thing

I had to go back in and let 1/2" out of the upper mount bolts to get the drive shaft in from the differential drop. Was literally 1/8" from getting it in. One person could get the FDU(pump the floor jack with your leg) in but you need another hand just to get the bolts started on the upper mount.

M190 shaft works, m210 shaft on @NORCALGXP was way easier.

The spicer FDU is a 2 person job, it's to heavy to do by yourself.

@Dusty so you plug the procal into the computer for 20 minutes, then into the bronco, then back into the computer and this box comes up after you log in. Nice run on sentence I must say!
