Oh crap. You did break the 32 spline CV. Not what I want to hear but sounds like a very specific case. Did you have to buy a new set or is it rebuildable somehow? Don’t think you can buy just one side at a time. Or did they warranty it?
They warrantied it. Took a few months but Dana took care of it. And pretty sure the break came from winching with the front locker on. The winch pulled the front in to the ground giving the tires allllllll the traction. Tires were turned a bit if I remember correctly, so something had to give.

She's done! So far drives amazing. Went with Method 709HD 25mm offset and 40x13.5x17 Yokohama Geolandars. Loved the same tire in 37's and they are surprisingly light.

Sssoooo. When you go to the dentist and get a filling they always overfill that sucker. Then they get you to bite down on some kinda sheet and grind your teeth. They can now see the high spots and grind those away. Then repeat. Until all clearance issues are gone.

just saying.
My dentist does all my suspension installations. (Looks in wallet, blows dust out). Yep!!
