Also probably a whole lot cheaper doing it all at once rather than one thing at a time.
Smart move, and can't wait to see the results.
Makes sense to me too. I know I know-I didn’t go crazy on lighting first. And then a puck lift. And then stuff 37’s and some tierod braces on there. Gotta earn an actual build by doing other things first I guess. And then some “jeep eater stickers.” Heck-I don’t own a single piece of Ford or Bronco branded clothing! The heck kind of owner am I anyway?!?

100% people forget that no matter how fast or how many CFMs their pump can handle, they are still limited by the actual valve stems of the tires.
I’m going to do some testing when the compressor is installed to see how effective the APEX high-flow chuck is. Not sure I’m completely in love with it as screwing it on is a bit of a pain with the beadlocks…

This will be a great setup, my only suggestion is the Swaybar out of a Badlands, on our WT I hooked it up to #1 switch...The best part is you can use it at any speed, any mode. highly recommend.
That's a great idea! What did that run?

Just got back from a full day of wheeling and had quite the compliment from a Rubicon owner on 37’s-“the way your Bronco is making everything look so easy is really making me jealous. It’s going to be ridiculous after the build is done.”

I do attribute a lot of that to the beadlocks running 10 psi as I had great traction where they struggled a little. And maybe a teensy bit of line choice.

Dude. This guy got that swaybar for something like $100. I’m definitely doing this if I find a swaybar for cheap. The ride has improved with the Boss links but it would be cool to get that last little bit of articulation from the electronic swaybar

The more capable the rig, the further away you can get from people and the less evidence of people you’ll see.
Looks like you pulled off to the side of the highway.

How was your experience with the ADV fenders? Looking at getting them for my 2 door big bend, how long did it take to get them and how much was it to install and color match?

It was about a month

I installed them

Color match sucks despite using Ford’s paint code. But the first time the shop sprayed them they didn’t even use primer. Second time around at least the paint isn’t flaking off after one day but I’m confident their prep led to the mismatch

I went crazy on functionality and looks first. I have a 2 door First Edition and I wanted to test and see where the shortcomings were most apparent before doing anything to the suspension. 2.5 years later and what do you know, I much prefer overlanding over rock crawling, and my biggest shortcoming is interior space, so I've devoted a lot of my time to maximize space and installations to the outside. As far as terrain, I haven't gotten stuck yet in rain, snow, mud, smaller rocks, etc, so no complaints in that department for me.

Make it your own! I’m doing everything I can to utilize interior storage with nothing on the outside while still being able to have a passenger in the back and comfy dogs. 4-door certainly helps with that. It’s almost like each of us is modifying our rigs in the way that best suits our needs and preferred method of recreation. So peculiar that they are different! 🤯🤯😉😉
