Tailgate is Aluminum. Braptor has a total support brace added. I have 37s and have a Hammerbuilt Tailgate reinforcement. Well Worth it, stopped my squeaks as well. I wouldn't chance it without it for the additional weight.

Not exactly sure what you mean but,

the Raptor suspension is entirely different and taller.
Raptor fender flares are MUCH MUCH bigger.
Drivetrain and axles are different.
Wheels are different (F150 bolt pattern).

Most any bronco with a "good" suspension lift and crash bar removal can run 37s. No matter what you do to a non Raptor bronco, you cannot turn it in to a Raptor. You may get better (BadAss Broncos 150K coyote powered), you will probably get worse, but you will not get the OEM Raptor package.
Not trying to make a Bronco into a Bronco Raptor, was just curious what Ford did to the front wheel wells/area to fit the 37s. I believe the raptors still fit inside parking garages right? This is what I am trying to do. A bronco with a similar height, clearance on 37s and still fit inside the garages with minimal lift and/or having to chop things off. I am trying to get away with 1.5" perch collars on the Foxes. I do not like the look of 10" fender gaps. Stronger suspension aside, did they cut anything back more on the raptors like the fender panels behind the front tire vs the non-raptors? Did the raptors still come with the crash bar mounts or did Ford not even include them? How much lift is the raptors over the sas package? Just stuff like this.

The BRaptors have a different front suspension geometry than our regular Broncos. The BRaptors have a long-travel front suspension with wider upper and lower control arms and different mounting locations for the front coilovers and UCA. The additional width and height from their suspension, plus the big fenders, gives the BRaptor the space to run 37's. As far as the tailgate difference, the BRaptor has beefier hinges and a brace that helps distribute the load from the larger spare wheel/tire.

All of the suspension is different on the Braptor. Longer control arms to push the wheelers further out. The fenders are of course very different.

Mostly 😄 but you WILL pay attention when parking next to your wife's car 😁

Think so......

At least an inch or more. I could slide / skoot into my wildtrack (Sasquatch). It's step on on the steps to enter the raptor.

You might want to test drive both. Before I got the raptor I was worried about the garage and parking lots. Now I am careful in the parking lots and pulling in to the garage, and I am concerned about certain trails.

If all you want is 37s on a sasquatch, it should not be an issue. I've seen it done with perch collars only and it looked awesome. It's what you'll do with the 37s that will determine the best route to take.

I've been running 37s on stock sasquatch wheels (112 lbs total) for over a year while doing occasional but relatively difficult off-roading and hammering speed bumps. No issues so far, even without tailgate reinforcement.

This is no joke. I can relate. Tire rotation day is harder than cardio day at the gym any more
i'm going to add to the group of praying i never have to change a 37" flat.. i have to channel my inner tennager to lift it up to the mount lol.. next day my back is hey you lifted wrong :D

to the OP i did the raptor one just to play it safe and ford points made it cheap
