Hey all,

Just a note to say I was looking at the 2025 2 door Stroppe again and a dealer near me still had two on the lot. When I checked the website for the dealer they had them priced down from the 78k+ sticker to $64,999 and when I went in they said "yep, we are pricing them to move". I ended up driving both, and buying one, trading in my 7 month old Heritage Limited. I was able to do this as when I bought the Heritage it was $15k off so I lost about $3k on the trade but with the deep discount on the Stroppe I had to do it. What is interesting is I now have a lower interest rate at 4.9 and my payment is $150 less (put some money down as well).

As for differences, there are a couple I noticed instantly from the 24 HLE. First, the Stroppe was instantly getting much better gas mileage. My HLE was getting between 16.8 and 18 but this Stroppe gave me 24.3 MPG on the highway when I drove it home, then dropped to 21 on the normal roads. The Stroppe drives much smoother due to the Hoss 3.0 so no more jolts or hard bumps. The big one? My HLE had the horrendous wind noise in the back area. You know, when you drive you hear wind blowing in the back? Was like this on every Bronco I have driven from 2021 to 2024. The 25 Stroppe? Wow, so much quieter and I would say 85% quieter in the wind noise dept when driving vs the HLE.

ALso, in person the Stroppe, at least IMO, looks so much nicer than in photos or YouTube. Even my wife was surprised at the looks when I pulled in as she was not the biggest fan of the paints scheme. When she saw it in the flesh she fell in love with it.

The Stroppe also, for some reason, feels lighter when driving. The upgrades I received are worth it for me. Smoother ride, much quieter inside and a more aggressive look. I also like the dark interior with the code orange stitching. Oh, thew new dash digital cluster display is different for sure and I do like it but also like the old style as well.

Anyway, just a post to say that dealers are deeply discounting the Stroppe now and I was able to get mine for LESS than what a fully loaded wildtrak would have costed a couple years ago but I have the sway bar disconnect as well Some hate the look of the Stroppe but I like it and feel it has a classic vibe. I also loved the HLE style but after Ford made a ton off REB in the standard Heritage I was seeing them everywhere. This Stroppe will stay with me for the long haul and will buy a Granger warranty for it next week. It's a keeper and the finest driving 2 door I have driven so far. I called on one other one before this one that was advertised at $63k, new on lot. It sold quickly so I missed out on that deal.

99% would never buy a paint job like that. My feelings are mixed on its looks and I like bright colors. Doesn’t surprise me they aren’t selling and need discounts. Very niche market. Plus at that price the raptor isn’t far out of reach

you will definitely be noticed!

wish ford would give some high impact colors on their normal models.

Good deal. My dealer had at least three siting on their lot about a month ago, but either they sold them or they got moved somewhere else (probably the latter).

Considering it only has a few upgrades over our BD SAS V6 2-dr, I would say it's priced WAY too high. I once did a comparison between those and ours, and you definitely weren't getting almost $25k in extras. The price you got it for (presuming you got it for the $65k number) is more in line with what I'd say the truck is actually worth.

Congrats. I think the Stroppe is a great spec and I considered it. I agree it looks great in person. Just a BIT too much for me visually, but a banger of a machine. Maybe the best, last 2DR build.

Oh I purchased for $64999 indeed and saved tax as well due to trade. My HLE was basically a badlands. This one drives so much better, smoother, I feel no bumps. Also the gas mileage is quite a bit better for some reason. Im guessing this one is lighter. Almost no wind noise inside as well. These three things alone made it worth it for me and at $65k I feel it’s priced right when dealers near me have multiple base with Sasquatch selling for $51k.

Dealer still has one but I expect them to sell it now with the discounts. Same way the heritage limiteds did as the sticker price on these and the HLE were insane.

In any case, zero regrets going from HLE to this but I would have never paid more than I did. With tax savings, decent rate, good trade value I couldn’t pass. :)

I could have bought the 25 badlands they had with the 2.3 and hoss 2.0 for $63k but found the stroppe to be a much better deal at $65k plus it’s unique and will hold value like the HLE have.

my first Bronco which was a 2 door wildtrak tanked in value after a year. The HLE held on very well. I expect this one to be similar, a slower depreciation but I will keep this one anyway so doesn’t matter. I do feel it was dumb to dump the wildtrak. Also; I am a strict 2 door guy as it’s just me and my wife. We also have a maverick with 4k tow for our second vehicle for small hauls and utility. It’s been excellent so far.

Congrats your new ride. I agree they look better in person. Saw one on the lot last month and I dig it. Wouldn't mind picking up a used one in a few years but who knows by that time I will probably choose something else, but I have an Everglades that I am intending to keep for the long haul.

I also think they look fantastic in person. If I was in the market for a loaded Bronco that is the way to go.
Enjoy the new ride.

Thanks all. I just googled available stroppe broncos and I see many discounted to $67900 due to the $5k rate from Ford on these now. I bet some dealers will go down to $60k if one searches hard enough as one in Champaign Illinois sold theirs for under $64k last week. Seems to be the best way to buy a "limited' bronco. They price them way to high out of the gate, then 8 months later heavily discount them to a more correct price when they do not sell. Anyway, just wanted to point out the deep discounts in case anyone else is looking for one of these new.

For grins I submitted to a local-ish dealer using their online form to get an "e-rate" on the Stroppe, I specifically chose my preferred contact being email...so of course I got a phone call. :explode: Guess I don't need to worry about buying anything from them.

I’m not surprised by discounts as I think paint is what people object to. What I don’t get is why not wrap it? It’s a loaded, superior 2 door with 2.7 that you cannot get any more. I considered this before getting my 26 BL. I think with a wrap it would be a great buy with these discounts…..my 2 cents

glad you got a good deal 👍🏻

Thought about it, but then you’re spending $4K on a wrap.

Congrats!

The wife and I love the appearance of the 2-door Stroppe. In person the colors look great. Prices have come down significantly for all trims due to them rolling into the new year. Typical for most vehicles.

Due to the kids and dogs a 4-door is needed, so we’ve been having to pass on the great pricing on last years Stroppe.

I didn’t like this model when I saw the photos. My son is an auto journalist and routinely acquires vehicles from the manufacturers to test and take home for a few days. He brought the Stroppe over and in person it was a great vehicle. My opinion was changed.
