Make the Infraction a “civil” violation.
FYI, if you fail to pay, they cannot report it to the credit bureau, insurance, or have any impact on your driver's license record.
If you fail to appear, all they can do is file a small claims suit. They will not do that, because they can only collect $50, and they will spend hundreds trying to get you to pay.
If you fail to pay, you will receive a letter from a law firm out of state, like Dewey, Cheatem, and Howell, which will threaten you.
Just disregard. I have gotten about 10 of these, and never paid them.
PS, make sure these are the automated camera tickets. By law, there must be a disclaimer on the ticket listing the information I provided.
