Unless you found that card in the glove box it means nothing. There is a process to recover the code but it involves a trip to the dealer. OR just buy a new one.
If we assume that Ford built the 1966 of 2dr and 4dr that they claimed they were going to build I think your color breakdown sounds reasonable as REB was the predominant color in 23 with Yellowstone making a late appearance and then Peak Blue showing up in 24.
I don`t know when Kevin (...
Apology accepted. @Ducati1098 is a FORD Tech and i`m a Ford (25+ yr) parts guy,so we kinda have an inside track on this stuff. To further my street cred,My wife has a 23 with the removable windows and I got ripped off by not having them on my 24--I`m very familiar with when they changed.
Too...
Feel free to have them "repair" it,they are NOT getting paid for it until the recall says so. I`m pretty sure @Ducati1098 could back me up if you aren`t convinced I know what i`m talking about.
EDIT
He must have posted while I was typing ! Thanks @Ducati1098 !
I`m not sure what you know for FACT but the linked Limited has a Feb 2024 build date and it has removable windows.
You also said that roof racks was not an available option--it has that as well.
Also Peak Blue --vehicles might have taken awhile to get to the lot but again it was built in...
That looks like a dealer generated letter, good luck with getting anything done (properly and them getting paid) before the recall says there is a remedy.

Both Peak Blue, roof rack and removable windows !!!!!
Built February 22
Job 2 is when they did away with the windows, more like June/July.
