Unless you found that card in the glove box it means nothing. There is a process to recover the code but it involves a trip to the dealer. OR just buy a new one.

I`m not sure what you know for FACT but the linked Limited has a Feb 2024 build date and it has removable windows. You also said that roof racks was not an available option--it has that as well. Also Peak Blue --vehicles might have taken awhile to get to the lot but again it was built in...

That looks like a dealer generated letter,good luck with getting anything done (properly and them getting paid) before the recall says there is a remedy.
