Where are you located? I am getting double than that, of course in Long Island, NY
Delaware--I'm about 6 months into a lease, so I have to have a dealer do it.

If you are on the fence with the higher install cost, I can let you know next week if I think it was worth it.

I will use the dealer, I know NY has higher labor costs. But let me know how it goes. Thanks!

All the places recommended on this thread are out of stock, so I searched the part number posted M-9603-B23A and it's saying 21-24. If I get one just using that part number using my Ford points, will the tune download file be for the correct 2025 2.3L?

As long as the part number is M-9603-B23A, it will be correct.

M-9603-B23 is 21-24MY
M-9603-B23A is for 25MY

Lethal Performance shows in stock at the moment. Discount code available, too.

I installed the FPP tune over the weekend. The drive into work this morning revealed a few things. The Bronco has a more relaxed drive feel to it. It picks up speed easier. I also noticed on the uphill parts of the drive it does not need to downshift to maintain speed with the same throttle inputs as before. You can very much tell it has more power. The exhaust has a slightly lower tone to it as well. I have not jumped on it yet so that feedback will have to wait.

I DIY-installed the FPP last Thursday. The difference is noticeable; turbo lag is still out there, but I can definitely feel the turbo engage more aggressively. I did remove the stock muffler and install the Turbosmart BOV, and it does feel sportier than it used to be. Overall, it won't turn the Bronco into a Raptor model, but it was worth my time to get this upgrade.

I swear the sound is different as well, but I cant tell how they did it, or if it is just an in cabin "speaker" sound. it sounds deeper though, I agree.

Actually, if you're just talking power-to-weight ratio...Fun Fact: a 2-door 7mt 2.3L Basesquatch with this tune has a better power-to-weight ratio than a Raptor.

Curious:

Anybody else wondering when this is going to show up on the official Ford Accessories site (https://www.ford.com/search?tab=accessories&f:searchInputString=procal&categoryID=2 )? Seems a bit silly, that the procal kit can be ordered from the aftermarket, but has yet to become available on official Ford pages (still showing "add to my wishlist" with no "buy now" option on Ford Racing Parts / Ford Performance as well: https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-9603-B23A).

:wait: I personally like the option of buying it all straight from Ford (including a no-haggle/reasonably-priced pre-paid installation), but the suspense is killing me.

Those timing chain tensioners issues in v6 Ecoboost and V8 makes me enjoy this new 2.3 even more! How much power do u need out of brick like bronco?

New ford racing tune gives 400lbsft torque is an excellent figure!

The answer I got from Ford Performance is that it likely won't be on the Ford Official website until it clears the CA legal laws. You can order it from a local dealer if you wsnt to use your Ford points though.

I think the torque increase does satisfy me after installing the FPP, so I am not trying to complain, and I think this should be offered as a package that came from the factory! But I also notice the turbo lag is more noticeable than before the installation. For example, I notice that when driving in high temperatures like 90 degrees, I can definitely feel it's more laggy than driving in 50 degrees. I know Ford did not say you need to upgrade anything before installing the FPP (all you need is premium gas) but do you guys think upgrading the intercooler or cold air intake will make any difference?
