Mine was built in August and delivered in September, still no email either. My switch to a soft top was after I saw the build numbers coming out with hard tops so constrained. I was a 2dr, then to a 4dr to get it earilier. They are probably not reading that as "switching" since it wasnt...
I am sure the regionality has to do with the shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Also, some of the other states are states where Ford does not sell accessories online anywyas. It has to deal with state specific franchise laws.

I think the fact that they cant see what the avilbility is and cant find out tells you what kind of dealer you are dealing with. If they wanted to see what inventories of the parts were, they could, they are just choosing not to.
I know Villagers feel entitled, but you might want to review the Florida Lemon Law as I believe its 30 days out of service, 3 repair attempts for the same issue, or 6 total repairs to the vehicle within 2 years of purchase.
