You shouldn’t need to disconnect the battery just to plug a sensor back in. I also have no idea why the windows would roll down, that doesn’t make any sense at all lol I would get a better code reader other than the TDN app and try and clear the code again.

Did you clear the code after plugging it back in?

If the concern was documented showing that a repair wasn't available yet during your 3/36, then Ford will still cover even out of 3/36 now that a repair is available. You'll need to show that you inquired about a repair when the SSM still showed an ETA and no repair available for the concern yet.
