  1. 7MT TSB…a nuisance or a real issue causing damage/failure?

There's really not much to see. Other than the new part number stamped on the updated part, they look virtually identical. I would guess it has something to do with a minimal clearance issue, but Ford doesn't exactly tell us or go into that much detail. They just say to replace it with the...
  2. 7MT TSB…a nuisance or a real issue causing damage/failure?

I’ve had a bunch of these apart everywhere from 1,200-26,000 miles. I’ve never seen one that had any additional abnormal damage.
  3. 2.3L swap to a 2.7L EB TT

They've been focusing a lot more heavily on it lately because of OTA updates. Last thing they want/need is someone being able to easily hack into the vehicle.
  4. 2.3L swap to a 2.7L EB TT

Took 3 years to crack the C8 corvette ECU, and a lot more people cared about doing that. Far less demand for Bronco, so it'll probably be a lot longer.
  5. 2.3L swap to a 2.7L EB TT

The bellhousing is part of the transmission case. So unless you're going to design a whole custom transmission case, the only other option would be an adapter plate. Either way it would probably be a ton of money
  6. Ford Dealership P&A Code?

There’s a reason it requires a P&A code lol to keep non-technicians out of the group.
  7. Another ZFG Racing tuned 2.7 Bronco with bolt-ons hits 400whp!

Yeah just port injectors. Swapped to OEM ones from a 3.5 ecoboost. Just about to finish up the 93 tune, then the E85 tune will tell us if that was enough or not.
  8. New 2023 window down feature?

You just need to make sure to tell them not to perform any updates on those modules. You may also want to disable automatic updates because who knows if/when Ford will release any OTA software for the DDM/PDM. Adjusting the windows manually won’t require any software updates in most cases...
  9. Does 2023 Wildtrak with tow package have a plug for brake controller?

It's under the steering column to the RH side.
  10. Does 2023 Wildtrak with tow package have a plug for brake controller?

It should since Ford offers an accessory brake controller https://accessories.ford.com/bronco-2021-trailer-brake-controller-towing-pack-1
  11. FORScan Bronco Working Spreadsheet (double honk, sport mode, chimes, seatbelts, and more!)

Yep. Clear any remaining codes and it should be good.
  12. FORScan Bronco Working Spreadsheet (double honk, sport mode, chimes, seatbelts, and more!)

You need to do a relearn for the PCM and AWD modules. The Bronco doesn’t have a TCM.
  13. What's that noise when on the battery tender?

Most noises are on 2.7/3.0 with the electronic brake booster. It’s constantly clicking and clunking when shutting down. Even after 10-15 minutes It’s normal. There are also other things going through random start up/shut down cycles like the throttle body.
  14. Well, that didn't take long. No more keyless entry pad on 2024 Broncos

They aren’t VIN specific at all, so it should work fine. Just needs to be programmed by your dealer.
  15. Aftermarket black rear tailgate handle?

    M2DZ-7826605-HC
  16. Aftermarket black rear tailgate handle?

No, just order one at your dealerships parts department. Other than OBX, FE and 21 wildtrak all Broncos come with regular black plastic handles. I can get you a part number if you tell me whether you have passive entry or not.
  17. New 2023 window down feature?

FDRS would know it's the wrong part number which there may be a way around, but I can't say for sure.
  18. New 2023 window down feature?

You’re too late unfortunately. Ford removed this feature. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/ssm-52470-2021-2024-bronco-loss-of-window-initialization-one-touch-up-down-function.92256/
  19. Aftermarket black rear tailgate handle?
