Is anyone here in a position of knowledge on the ease of replacing the new 2025 cluster with a 2024 vintage cluster?
Why do I ask? I have two 2024s and would like my 2025 to be the same, for commonality.
Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge.
It would be the same thing I did, just opposite.
You would need the cluster and new bezel, then FDRS and forscan to program it.

Maybe we can trade once they have the details worked out and a plug n play option out there.

Well that's gonna suck for the manual trans people that use the tach to know when to shift (being on the left), and yes, I still see people that do it that way vs. the feel of it.

Now how about a version with real gauges and less electronics to go bad? 🤷‍♂️
You can't beat a well designed analog panel with large round equal size tach and speedo. This one is too gimmicky for me, I'll stick with the original. I agree the tach is useless but I like the way the screens and gauges look.

Oh I'm sure it does, but I've looked at pics I've taken of the cluster on the mustang and it looks way better (comparing picture to picture)

Just about anything is an improvement over the 21-24 Bronco Dash (for modern digital clusters, anyway)

I disagree. Yeah the analog speedo integration isn't great but aside from that the programmable screens and gauges are some of the best I've seen. It is also intuitive and easy to configure without needing to reference any manual, can't say the same for the Toyota Corolla I rented a few weeks ago! I dig the overall layout of the dash and controls hard plastic and all. Save the soft touch crap Lexus and those impressed by such things.

First off, great job! I did have to chuckle a bit about the above 😀.
I use to think I wanted this display for the 1st year, but always never fearing to go against the grain I'm one of the few if not the one & only that has embraced the display minus the tach of course, I don't think anyone could embrace that thing :sneaky: but I like the info displayed in the my view gauges.

Anyway flame away I'm ready 🤠

My thoughts exactly! I've always like analog panels with large round tach and speedo, but the programmable gauge screens on the 21-24 Bronco are pretty darn good.

I am glad you folks that have been complaining now have an option and give Ducati props for figuring it out and sharing but for me, I don’t really have a problem with the dash (except no real gauges or switches) so I can save some money not going for this mod…Party on!
" (except no real gauges or switches)" My Base Bronco has plenty of real switches. The HVAC is 100% controlled by switches and knobs.

I really want a better tachometer, but I'm not willing to trade that for showing a 4-door in my cluster.
I specifically appreciated that all the button and cluster Broncos were 2-door silhouettes. I'm vain, sue me.
I hope we learn more about the '25 cluster and retrofits, though - especially relating to 7MT.
Getting an exhaust and shifting by ear would be cheaper at this rate...

Wait until moar door guys find out that the birds eye view on four doors shows a two door.

After having the new cluster for a little while, I finally had time to try and make this swap work.

I haven't had a lot of time to go through everything or look in forscan to see what else I may be able to change/adjust on it, but overall I'm thrilled with the results.
This cluster (IMO) looks a million times better.
So far everything seems to be functioning as it should. All the goat modes work flawlessly.
Honestly the worst part of the whole cluster is that it shows a moar door for its goat mode transition images 🤮 Hoping there's a way to change that, but considering I used a Stroppe VIN for programming, I'm guessing there isn't (Thanks Ford)

I'm waiting for the new cluster bezel trim piece since this new digital one uses the same one as the Braptor digital cluster now, then I'll mess around with it more and give any updates.

I think, at this point, I'm more interested in doing an updated 2.3 swap for direct port than I am a cluster swap...

(not that it would be feasible, or at least versus just trading up to a 2025 - for all those people who will think I'm being serious and start posting. I definitely do not have the technical ability to do an engine swap)

Yeah I know some people don’t like the left tach, but that’s where I prefer it whether it’s manual or auto. My corvette is manual and on the left too and I have no issues seeing it.
Yep speedometer should always be on the right since it’s used the most. I don’t use my analog Speedo because it’s on the left and you have to look away from the road a tad longer to find it.
