  1. We fixed the Ford Bronco's biggest problem... šŸš™

Love my bronco but only if this was the Bronco’s biggest problem. Lol
  2. Metal Noise when Downshifting (AT)

Thanks gents, I had the same hunch when I talked to their transmission engineer. I’ll contact them again, as last time was Summer last year, and put more pressure to have it diagnosed. If that doesn’t work I’ll reach out to another dealer. I’ll report back whatever I find out!
  3. Metal Noise when Downshifting (AT)

You do realize it comes with two warranties right? Bumper to bumper (3y) and drivetrain (5y)….. Yes, I’m out of the 3y warranty like stated in my response.
  4. Metal Noise when Downshifting (AT)

My dealer doesn't want to look into it because they think if we start poking around we may create more problems than solve them. My bronco is still under the drivetrain warranty. I’m fairly confident it’s either the gearing or transfer case. Also thought it could be a loose driveshaft...
  5. Trail Turn Assist - who finds it useful?

I’ve used it before in tight turns on shelf roads but only when really necessary. Never in an obstacle. You’re putting a lot of pressure on components when using it, gotta be mindful about that.
  6. Metalcloak Game-Changer Suspension - Featuring RockSport BLACK Coilovers!

Nice! Love your game changer series for the Jeep JL platform. Would love to hear about wheel travel improvements, especially a back to back comparison of a Bronco Badlands with 35s and Game Changer vs a stock Badlands Sasquatch - both with sway disconnected.
  7. Is a Black Diamond badge on a '25 up-badging?

Do what makes you smile and happy ā€œNobody cares, go harderā€
  8. Mabett Giveaway: What Did You Name Your Bronco?

Mine is called BRONChitis. Cuz it’s a 2.3L. It doesn’t go faster than its friends 2.7 and 3L. Legend goes if you drive it with the windows down you can hear it wheezing.
  9. Recall 25S01 - Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion *🚨Repair now available*

Hey!! That's not nice!! Mechanics also deserve hobbies you know! Not everyone had arts and craft classes growing up. :(
  10. From Wrangler to Bronco

Damn, thats a lot!! I discovered early on that what was killing the battery was the auto start/stop. I stopped getting dead batteries once I turned it off with my Tazer!
  11. SSM 53981: 2021-2024 Bronco - Window Rattle From The Front Doors Over Bumps

They didn't though. Ford hasn't issued an SSM for the rear ones yet.
  12. SSM 53981: 2021-2024 Bronco - Window Rattle From The Front Doors Over Bumps

My dealer just completed service SSM 53981, and the difference in the front windows is night and day! I knew my windows were rattling, but I didn't realize how bad it was until I opened and closed the front doors after the service. No more rattles what an improvement! The tech who worked on my...
  13. [EDIT:] Ford won't reimburse me for my recalled rear shocks.

Haha I’m glad I didn’t come across as if I was pointing fingers or patronizing. Keep saving and investing. It’s the best advice I could give. Good luck with the Mrs.! (if I found my partner in crime ride or die, I’m sure yours is out there too!) cheers brother!
  14. [EDIT:] Ford won't reimburse me for my recalled rear shocks.

Glad to hear you and the dealer were able to reach a viable (though not perfect) resolution. And kudos to you for standing your ground. If we let companies walk all over us, we'd be left broke and frustrated. So if you have the time and energy, absolutely fight for what’s right. I’ll echo what...
  15. From Wrangler to Bronco

My entire crew drives JL/JT jeeps, I’m the black sheep that switched sides for the winning team šŸ˜† We noticed that after the four/five year mark, most of these newer JL/JT models all start to have weird problems. Radio bricking, 4xe battery completely dead, MT transmission issues, transfer case...
  16. From Wrangler to Bronco

That’s so true. Used to have a lot of driver’s fatigue with the jeep. Would usually get crushed and tired at the destination when roadtripping or going back home after a trail. With the Bronco now I have zero drivers fatigue. Broncos are basically an SUV on steroids while Jeeps are more truck-like.
  17. From Wrangler to Bronco

Haha that’s exactly why. And I love how resembles the OG broncos. I wish the grille was more flatten like the OG ones and less curved. But everything else is really spot on for me. Ford knocked out of the park with how classic yet modern it looks. Also there’s different view modes to the...
  18. From Wrangler to Bronco

You said I needed long arms for better ride quality but my original response says I had a Teraflex lift with all the best they could offer. So that includes long arms as well. Just clarifying that I had a good lift on the jeep and still personally think the Bronco’s ride quality is better...
