You can change it with forscan.
But one very important note when buying a used cluster: You can only raise the mileage/kilometers, nothing will allow you to lower it.

So if you buy the used one in the OP, make sure your current actual mileage (or kilometers in this case) is above 22957.

Great point. Fortunately for me I’m above that haha. The cluster molding on the 25 should be the same as my 23, right?

I'm jealous. I called them about it and that's how I found out they won't ship to the US. Thought I had found a steal at $145

Well that’s a win, thanks OP. I managed to get this delivered less than 250$ CAD. Now to find the bezel and wait for some warmer weather to do the swap!
