It seems ford did am over the air update on my 2023 Bronco. Now it blew out my Siriusxm. According to the dealer report the update failed three time. Anyone have any idea what can be going on. Car is at dealership now.

Mine now regularly disconnects from wireless Android Auto post-update whereas it was working flawlessly for a long time prior

I've previously mentioned I take lots of short trips and really abuse the battery in my Bronco - I noticed my OTAs were failing until after I was able to get a trickle charger to replenish it. Now I put it on the charger ~1 night/month and get them fine.

I feel your pain! However, the last OTA they did back in May i believe rendered my bluetooth inoperable from a call perspective. only loud static. now 5 months later(without bluetooth calling) and holding my phone in my hands, it fixed itself on the last update. so stupid! Sorry you're dealing with this.

My Ambient Lighting is turned off pretty regularly (probably with each update). I don't notice, because I drive during the day mostly.

So it seems the update fried my radio or at least that is what Ford is telling the dealership. So they are starting there but told me if that doesn’t work I will need to have a new APIM put in. They are talking 1 to 4 weeks for repairs. Really can’t believe this on a new vehicle.
