About time! Now just hoping they can fix the shaking/wobbling when driving or opening the door 🤞

I'm hoping this isn't the only window fix they mentioned would be coming in Q3
Its not. Ford has stated that they would update OASIS when the fix for the wobbling was ready. There has been no update yet so they still have another fix coming. Also they say Q3, btu they really usually mean 4-5 months later. Sometimes it gets updated according to their timeline, but usually its later

The wobble fix was supposed to be released Q4 of last year. Why it’s so difficult for ford engineers to figure something so simple is beyond me. My MY24 windows are rock solid rattle free, my partners MY22 windows sound like they are going to fall out at any moment. I’ve adjusted the bottom adjusters every possible and no go. Ford is clueless sometimes.
I'm assuming they changed the design of the doors/window assembly to fix the problem in the MY24. I really don't know how a software update could fix a physical problem, but then again, I could and hope to be wrong.

Yes, they’re in a track/slotted hardware. Loosen, slide toward the front of the vehicle (when the door is open), then retighten. This is where I learned about the fix:

Worked perfectly. No shaking, jiggle or anything when I had driver and passenger windows rolled down halfway this morning. Thanks!

Post or send me your VIN and I can check.
Can you check mine? Same issue but with a 24 BD. Auto updates setup and everything and not one update yet.

Your truck being a 2024 was built with a lot of the software you'll see talked about on the forum already. Your truck is on Sync 23237 which is a new version and you are only showing a few pending updates. The door module updates you see below are the ones this thread is about. Your truck is talking to the cloud just fine and is reporting no codes, so it seems happy. You aren't getting sent updates because there is little to update on your truck. I don't see anything to be worried about, tbh.

Ford Bronco Much needed "Enhanced Window Operation" OTA software update now installing 1725479201967-y5

Thank you so much, was curious about that. My truck was a 2022 and seemed like a ton of updates were coming through so I was curious about the lack of updates on the bronco. Thanks for putting that worry to bed.

Yea, the 2022's shipped with Sync software from 2021, so those needed all the 4.x.x and 6.x.x updates as well as many PU updates. Your new truck won't see any of those.

Any chance I can bug you about mine?

Something happened with my access to PTS. Not sure if it is a temporary or permanent issue since I no longer work for Ford. Unless I get it back, I won't be able to help with these things going forward. It may be a few days before I know what's going on.

I was able to get my access back. Modules pending updates for your truck are below:

Thank you sir! I talked to the OTA phone line yesterday and she said that I’m one update behind and to give it two months. Doesn’t seem like I’m too far behind then? She said I’m on 23151 and need 32391. It looks like I got updates on 9/4? I’m assuming some updates just happen in the background?

No, ignore that column to the right. That refers to the last time that particular module reported it's status to the server; not when it was last updated as far as software goes. OTA dashboard does not show any recent OTA activity for your truck. Not far behind at all.

Correct; you are on Sync which is one version behind the latest for the Broncos. 23291 is the latest version and that will come with OTA 6.3.0. You need the GWM update to come in first and that will release the APIM update for the latest Sync software.
