I have a small spot that looks that way as well. Not nearly as large of an area. As though someone tried scrubbing something ... wasn't me though.

This problem only happens on Wildtraks. All the other trims have different hard tops.

I have a few spots about the size of a quarter to a half dollar. I was wondering what could cause these. I use a very small dab of 303 on a rag and wipe over the spots which help blend them to the color of the rest of the hard top. I am wondering if these areas were touched with something during the manufacturing process.

I sympathize with you OP. Hopefully it gets replaced with a MOD top at some point

That would be ideal if Ford would extend a MOD top as a replacement for MIC warranty claims - even if the difference in cost is paid by the buyer.

Yup! We know they won’t, but that is the right thing to do

I have a WT, and I don't have that problem, at least not yet, but every time I wash it I spray ceramic coating on it, however I'm beginning to see honey comb spots here and there. 2022 WT

I'm having the same issue on my '23. Large spots of fading at the bottom of the rear roof where it connects with the body.
