Yup, I got it painted by APG in Garden Grove. Final bill came out to $3600. Which is why I regret not just getting the standard finish and calling it a day lol.
They said when they were sanding the primer chipped so they decided to remove all the primer and primer it themselves.
I bought an aftermarket grill from Buckle Up Buttercup for like $250 since it was cheaper than getting it painted. Worked out well and now I have a spare grill
Yes, so far so good! No leaks in the rain.
If I had to do it over again I prob would just take it stock and not have gotten it painted to save some $$. I saw the stock Anderson finish and it was fine
Ordered on June 1st, 2023 from a local vendor. Top was ready for pickup on March 1st, 2024. I was out of town and picked it up on March 15th and got it back from the paint shop on March 22. Itās been a long journey hahaha. But there are far more important things in life of course.

I just posted in the other thread a dude was picking his up same time as mine. He ordered white but couldnāt wait any longer and switched to black
when I picked up my Anderson top last Friday, there was another guy picking up his. He said the white was taking too long so he switched to the black. I was wondering if it was one of you guys. Dang! I hope they gets yours done soon! The quality was very good especially the headliner and latches
