No, an SSM is just a notice to dealers advising them of something......like an FYI. This is letting dealers know that even if the vehicle is on the latest Sync version available for it, there may still be issues and customer complaints.SSMs require a dealer Visit?
Just hold down the Power button + Fast Forward button. Hold it I’ll the sync system resets.Happens to my 2023 as well. I turn off the engine open the door close the door and restart and it clears the problem. It's about every 3 to 4 starts.

Yes. Completely stock Black Diamond. Randomly happens, not very often. disconnecting and reconnecting fixes it every time. Not sure if it is a Ford issue or an Iphone issue, but I do not have that issue with my Ram.Anyone having this issue with a completely stock radio?
