This problem started for me in the last two weeks as well. I have to shut off CarPlay on my iPhone for like 5 seconds and then start it again

I am getting the same audio issue starting just in the last two weeks. Can’t find any pattern when it’s happening…
Happens in Android Auto as well. Not often but it does happen. A radio reset fixes it, because Ford is too stupid to fix these audio problems they created.
A year ago none of these problems existed.

Been getting this lately as well, Google Android phone with Pandora. When it happens, it'll play a few songs fine and then all is quiet. Phone and app are updated to newest versions and I have no issues streaming to other BT devices so I'd say it's a Ford issue. I've just been bouncing to Ford Sync and then over to regular audio and then back to AA and that usually fixes it for the moment.

How about it @Ford Motor Company ???
