The B&O system does a weird thing where the DSP drives the kicks, the dash, and the sub - and the ACM drives the rear pods and center speaker

Not sure if you are running into an issue related to that or not — the PnP harness should give you all right hookups for outputs though (and the only real input is the A2B stream)

Yeah I think it does, I’m going to start checking the speakers and see if something is wrong there. This is a non B&O system

Ah, makes more sense then. This becomes a bit easier, as you can always take your input cabling and put it across a speaker and make sure you are getting a valid input.

I'd also double check your PnP harness and make sure you have a non-B&O version, as there are enough weird things going on here that maybe... and most Musway installs I've seen are for B&O systems.
