I have a 2023 BB running Black Diamond Steelies and Nomad Grappler 33s. I want to do a lift, but its soley for looks/drvng on the beach, no off-road rock climbing. I also dont plan on going bigger than 33s. What is the best lift that will look best, not affect ride/ride quality and not impact the mechanics of the suspension negatively. There's so much info out there from spacers/puck to coilovers to level kits etc its tough to determine Thanks in advance.

If staying with 33s I would not go more than 1" lift or so, else wheel wells will start to look empty. In that case and given your stated usage, a mild puck lift for $50 should do the trick. Although also you should get an alignment after install.

Sorry if I missed it, but how much lift are you looking for and do you plan on installing yourself?

Not sure why you need the lift. If you are going to be staying on the same tires and not going off-roading, seems like you could deploy that money in other ways.

If just for looks, I would just do 1.5" body lift. relatively cheap, easy to install, no suspension geometry changes and at 1.5" you won't have to relocate , fuel filler, radiator, bumpers among other things associated with tall body lifts 🤠

So you that doesn't affect or impact suspension? I read on the first link that the member no longer reccos puck lifts

You're not really looking to go to a particularly large tire that's going to create a lot of stress on the bronco, and you're not looking to do crazy stuff. A front 1" spacer lift (or what would be traditionally called a level) is possibly all you really need to get the look you want and run 33's.

The no spacer recommendation is a front suspension consideration. Most broncos can't be much longer than 24.3" between the top of the coilover mount and the LCA you will put stress on the front CV axles. I don't know the extended length of the base front suspension, but I would guess its ~23.2" or less so putting in ~0.6" inches of spacer to obtain ~1.0" of lift in the front is not such a big deal.

Putting in a 2" block spacer is a different story, and generally not a good idea.

Perch lifts are more expensive (~$250) but they increase the spring preload giving you more ride height, at a slightly stiffer ride. They don't increase the dimension between the top coilover mount and LCA, so less stress (but you're CV angle will still increase at ride height, which on average is slightly more stress, but not a huge amount). They take more effort to install and thus higher install cost. This would be the best way to lift the front and rear some. I believe this setup would give a raised and level appearance that would look good with 33's

33"s might make some contact with the crash bar extension which can easily be removed if they do, but i'm pretty sure you won't even need to worry about those either.

Body lifts have no impact on suspension.
"Puck lifts" may refer to adding a spacer to the top of the coil over that will relocate the coil over downward creating lift & changes to the suspension & steering geometry.
Here is some good info HTH 🤠

A 1” spacer lift along with a 1/2”- 3/4” body lift combo would be my recommendation for the look ya want without messing anything up…of course your stock coilovers will still suck…

A suspension spacer lift shouldn't be an issue based on your stated usage and setup.

It can be an issue for a user who installs too tall a spacer on the front suspension, and for example will be off-roading to the extremes of suspension travel, and in those situations maybe also drives with a heavy foot especially when the front wheels are turned. That's not you though.

That other lift guide is well done and a nice resource, but a key is matching to your actual usage. There can be a lot of overkill on 6g, and if that's your thing go for it. But I'd recommended not getting into that arms race.

If you're only going to 33s why bother with a lift? The Badlands comes with 33s and it's not lifted.
