  1. Could rocking back and forth when stuck break your front differential.

Oh, Iā€™m not saying Iā€™m right, just what Iā€™ve seen.
  2. Could rocking back and forth when stuck break your front differential.

Depends on the hill. If weā€™re talking 10 feet, yeah it should be alright. If youā€™re talking 40 - 50 feet, no. I donā€™t know exactly why, but I suspect the load to pull is a lot greater than the load to push. Iā€™ve seen drive shafts snap, diffs explode, and teeth break off in the diffs. I wonā€™t do...
  3. Loving my MekMagnet Trail Armor

My friend had that on during the last Baja run. I really liked it! I havenā€™t had a chance to talk to them, but I saw on their site that the armor all have some type of graphics. If they can do a ā€œclearā€ armor, Iā€™m in!!!
  4. Could rocking back and forth when stuck break your front differential.

Experience comes from making mistakes, and learning through them! Going back to the downhill, once again, never back up an uphill. Bad things happen, as you found out. Next time youā€™re at the bottom of a downhill, with no chance of going forward, make a ā€œ37ā€ point turn, LOL. I used the...
  5. Could rocking back and forth when stuck break your front differential.

Going to sound harsh, but itā€™s not meant to be. Anytime you break something, itā€™s always the driverā€™s fault or driving. No matter what anybody says. First scenario - never back up uphill. Youā€™re asking for trouble or breakage of something. Try at all costs to keep going forward. Second...
  6. Tailgate Reinforcement for 37's

I run Hammer Built, no complaints. IMO, best one out there. If youā€™re going to run 37s, get a brace.
  7. Replacing 2.7 crossmember bolts

I believe youā€™re describing Nylocks nuts. ā€œTechnicallyā€ theyā€™re correct, the bolt cuts the nylon insert, which helps to hold or lock it in place. Saying that, I have reused nylocks. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
  8. EXO - Bronco Baja Sur - April 2024 - Trip Report & Photos

Iā€™ve never used lockers yet. With the ICON Stage 8 suspension and 37s, I seem to drive over anything. Although that back way to Mikes was pretty brutal last year!
  9. EXO - Bronco Baja Sur - April 2024 - Trip Report & Photos

Heā€™s on here, and commented on my thread. I think heā€™s still getting it back together and fixed.
  10. Can this be fixed and for how much?

Could claim it on your insurance, couldnā€™t you?
  11. Tried out 3W floor liners mats. Nice

No comparison whatsoever. I bought fronts and backs from Tasca (they had the best price), and I never liked how the backs were cut. I mean how hard would it be to have the entire rear mat solid, instead of 2/3 and 1/3? I also had seat back protectors and rear cargo mat from another company. I...
  12. Tried out 3W floor liners mats. Nice

I was gifted an entire set by Daniela @ 3W. IMO, some of the best mats and seat back protectors out there. Blew away the Ford mats I had, and Iā€™m glad I have them.
  13. What are these unterminated wires under the hood?

Without seeing what youā€™re looking at, pretty sure theyā€™re the leads for your Upfitter Switches.
  14. EXO - Bronco Baja Sur - April 2024 - Trip Report & Photos

Missed a great trip, whyā€™d you have to cancel? Yeah thereā€™s usually a waiting list.
  15. EXO - Bronco Baja Sur - April 2024 - Trip Report & Photos

Hey, were you guys able to hook up Jared with a Fox shock?
  16. EXO - Bronco Baja Sur - April 2024 - Trip Report & Photos

My write up and pics were better!šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ Glad to see you guys again, hopefully weā€™ll hook up on another great EXO Bronco Run. June run only has 10 Broncos, definitely wonā€™t be crowded. Scott
