In my experience, 100% of the things I use it for (GMRS mic holder) fall off during the next hot day. 100% of the things I want removed, will stay there forever! The 3M stuff is pretty good tape. May need a bit of heat to get it to unstick, or try it after you've been driving for a while and under the hood is nice and hot.
I don't think there is a bolt hole there - but could peak under the fender liner to see. That box doesn't look like it would have a mounting stud anyway.
time to go full office space on it and hit it with a bat..Disconnected the box from the battery and no problems, so I removed it, carefully. Damn good double stick tape. it is an Ikon Technologies unit which i already knew to be a tracker. They clearly don't want it identified so it goes on label down as the pics indicate. Interesting thing is that it has some internal power since the lights are still blinking a day later. I had already looked for a tracker under the dash because so many people have found them there, didn't think to look under the hood until I noticed it incidentally.

An opportunity to work on 'target focus' a'la Ben Stoegeror even a 9mm would be much more satisfying.

Please stop shooting Flock cameras with a hand gun... Shot guns do a much better job when in a hurry.Interesting thing is that a lot of these "used" units are for sale on ebay.... Although giving it the flock treatment with a bat, or even a 9mm would be much more satisfying.
I ordered this funny gym shirt... thought I'd share. Please stop shooting Flock cameras with a hand gun... Shot guns do a much better job when in a hurry.
I was thinking stick it on something else, like a dog collar or a public bustime to go full office space on it and hit it with a bat..
Keep it, I'm sure it's harmless!I found my tracker shoved under the passenger footwell mat.
It’s in a bedroom drawer; not sure what to do with it.
I thought about calling the MFG to see if it can be used like a Lojack. Though I believe you can track your car in the Ford app. Might be worth checking with them if you are in a high risk area.I know these are usually for the finance companies to locate delinquent issues, but …
Do any of you think they could be a help for a stolen Bronco if the police were given the tracker info?
Mine is a RecoveR model, and I took down the serial number and 1-800 number from their website.
Sometimes I will slip it back into the rear when I’m driving somewhere I can imagine the Bronco being stolen (1/1000 chance, I know).
Saw throughh it with dental floss.
I'd it send off for recycling. Staples, Best Buy, Batteries+ will all take electronics usually without charging you.I found my tracker shoved under the passenger footwell mat.
