anyone use this or anything like it?

it’s an extravagance but I need something relatively inexpensive I can tell my wife to get me for Christmas. Being able to just hit a number and let it run all 4 tires appeals to the lazy side of me, but untangling and coiling a bunch of hoses to get there makes me think “maybe not”

any opinions on this?

I dont have one currently but have had similar products in the past. Incredibly convenient if you regularly air down, and will enable/encourage you to air down in places you may not otherwise. I've seen Morrflate in the wild and the user highly recommended it. It's what I would choose if/when I have the need or want.

As to many tools, the key to accessing and using it quickly/efficiently lies in how it was put away the last time.

If you just shove it all back in the bag and say "I'll take care of that later"...you won't. It will be a tangled mess the next time you need it. There will be curse words uttered, something might get thrown with more force than intended...Save yourself all that aggravation. Spend 5 minutes coiling the hoses, secure them with velcro straps, and pack it all neatly away in the supplied storage bag. It makes next time a much more pleasant experience.

ETA: I missed that you may be referring to just the air hub.
I was referring to the full Morrflate system, includingthe hub. But I'm definitely lazy enough to add just that piece to an existing system without hesitation.

Over many years with both my 80 Series LC and Power Wagon, I just use a coiled HF airline and a Astro Pneumatic digital inflate/deflate gauge with a velcro strap on the trigger during fill. Both rigs have small pony air tanks, so the compressor catches back up a tad as I go tire to tire. It is not going to fill any faster doing all four at once. And if I'm out on an adventure where I'm airing down, it means I'm loaded heavy, so the rears get more PSI anyway back on pavement.

I made my own four tire octopus airline system using Flexilla hose. It was more of a PITA to pack up each time than I found to be worth.

I have the Morrflate 4 tire inflation system, the digital air hub wasn’t out yet, and it is well worth it. Because I already have my setup, I do not see a reason to upgrade to this, but if it was out when I was buying I would have purchased it.

This is unrelated to the Morrflate as well, but I very much second the "if you think you'll do it later, you won't" realism. I'm always tired when I get off the trail, and by the time I get home I NEVER remember to properly stow my hoses.

Honestly, though, it isn't too bad to untangle them the next trip out. Way better than forgetting it rained on day one of your camping trip and leaving your tent packed up wet for a month. Gross 🤮

Yup, I echo this. And as far as unpacking and repacking, not a big deal. I think because of the material these hoses are made of they don’t tend to get all that tangled and are easy to sort out. Does not take 5 minutes to roll up hoses and out pack in bag. Maybe 2.

Looking for feedback more on the hub - that lets you set a pressure and it will cut off once it hits.

Morrflate or other options if they exist

Yes; I upgraded my kit when it came out and it works great. Putting the hoses away is the only con, if you want to count that. Morrflate products all the way.

I have one and it's ok. When deflating it's off by 3-4 psi. I guess it's not a huge deal you just adjust, if you set it to 10 psi you know it's going to be 13-14.
Inflating it's more accurate within 1 psi usually.
I do like that it stops automatically you can do other things while airing up or down.
One issue I have and it may just be a me issue, but I've forgotten to bring it a couple of times. I'll take it out to charge it before a trip and then forget to re pack it. May not be an issue if you're not a forgetful idiot like me.
I would be much more enthusiastic if it weren't for the price.

This is true right here. The only thing I’ve found similar either costs $500+, or you have to use a small battery powered inflator that just shuts itself off

Have her get you Knipex plier wrenches or something. I always ask for lifetime items.
That is a good idea. I usually ask for "in-the-bedroom" things, but she always gets upset when I drag them out during Christmas morning to show them off when the family gathers.

I have the 10-6 four-hose without the digital read out. The new one has other improvements like better heat dissipation and a bleed for the internal reservoir. I've gotten used to wrangling the hoses. However, if I were to do it again and they offer it, I'd get the 5-3 two hose and just do one side at a time. Smaller, stows easier, honestly probably the same total time (5-7m).

Bold, bold man. Reminds me of the fella back in the day who recorded his tryst with his mistress over the "Happy Birthday Grandma!" video they'd made, then found out when he played it for the whole damn fam at the party. Y'know, those memories you never forget. ❤
