After you change values you gotta do an ABS initialization. Then clear all codes. That should solve it. ABS system has to recalibrate to the new tyre size. That’s what’s throwing the codes.

Oh crap. You did break the 32 spline CV. Not what I want to hear but sounds like a very specific case. Did you have to buy a new set or is it rebuildable somehow? Don’t think you can buy just one side at a time. Or did they warranty it?

Is this the rig you have the Dana ultimate fdu and 60 on ? Or were they stock axles that broke ?

If the parking sensors are not damaged it is just a strait swap. They should be and they are adjustable in length. You would need the adapter for the lower arm. If you fish around on their website you can also get all different lengths of threaded rod so essentially you can make these any length you want. Same for the rears. They also sell all parts separately.
