Oops... I did it again (Broke another CV Shaft)

Ok, so do we know of anyone with the upgraded FDU and 32 spline shafts that broke them?

Talked to another guy at Winter Jamboree that has a similar setup to ours. Thought he broke a 32 spline Spicer but I was mistaken. He broke two RCV’s but due to too much droop with the ORI struts. He has since gone to portals, limit straps, and ultimate FDU (but not as ultimate as @BigMeatsBronco is going) and has had no problems besides a messed up boot.

I’m only at 3” lift and get some driver side cv popping when backing into my driveway at full lock. Had some when backing up on a failed hill climb last eeek too. Diff drop is probably on the table shortly for me as well

Check your lower control arm bolts.....

I'd love to know if RCVs actually have a higher angle tolerance. When they announced the axles for the Bronco, I reached out to them and they really couldn't tell me.

They don’t. Most people are breaking their axle shafts by overextending them and RCV’s won’t help with that.

Yea that $25 bucks is hard to hide... but you don't get THAT number without it. Cost almost as much as my state parks pass and that sticker and number are on my front windshield.
