Set the front mount w/ a marlin spike & pass mounts bolt lightly in to hold it. Then you can get the top mount sorted. 🤠

Check it out. Maybe not as bad but still a lot of silver mash.

Tried to copy and paste the pics but they are too big for me to do it. You'll have to go to the thread a take a looksy. He does have the front diff pictured. along with the rear diff and transfer case.
😁
Looks like that with on 2,500 miles  Mine had 5,700 when I pulled it & it looked like the day it went in after some good use on it.

I didn't expect that. Most times when I pull them they look terrible. :)

You have a write up on your diff drop, if not, could you do one?
It's not worth a write up, if you can booger weld you can do it!

Let me fix my passenger side a second time, accidentally have to much drop right now after bust the stud and welding a bolt on. Passenger side is 1.25" of drop and driver is .75".

@Stage 3 Motorsports is next day airing me a pro-cal for a few dollars more. Going to take a online work training break and back to business.

So the actuator worked with the magnets housing removed. Could switch between 2Hi and 4hi no issues, no codes. Glued it back together so the motor would stay put and no go. If you stall the motor out you get no codes. Does not operate of position switches so my original attempt at using a relay was a waste of time.
