For the idiots like me in the audience, who will be paying the stealership to do this - which are the fluids in question? Front and rear diff, and what else? TIA.
Front axle, rear axle, and transfer case. The transmission can wait for a bit since it is pressurized and has a filter.

PS... @GroovyGeek - if you have common hand tools, you can easily do this yourself in a couple of hours and save a lot of money. I'd be happy to walk you through it.

Fyi, looks like Castol is Ford licensed Mercon LV and it has a higher flash point and more stable VI

It does have Ford approval/licensing, but the difference in flash point is only 2°C, however, the difference in viscosity improvers (VI) - 155 (Motorcraft) and 161 (Castrol) is likely due to the Castrol being listed as a full synthetic. Given there are no combustion by products being created and the heat is far below any level of concern, you would not go wrong with either choice.

Castrol Transmax Full Synthetic Multi-Vehicle ATF PDS

Motorcraft® MERCON® LV Automatic Transmission Fluid PDS

Ordered this to install on the next fluid change. I went with it because I wanted a drain plug versus having to pull the cover every time (though I will pull it to inspect occasionally).

Probably a dumb question, but why two fill holes?

It's a Dana thing (who I am sure is making this for Ford).

The top one is for inspection and the bottom is the fill line.

Changed the fluids in everything but the trans today, waiting to do the TSB when it gets cold so I didn't do the 7MT yet. I used Amsoil products, 75W-110 for the diff's and their ATF in the t-case.

Maybe mine were set better in the factory but there was very little metal. Nothing I wouldn't expect from break in and 22k miles.

Does anyone know what type of magnet is used on the drain plugs? They don't look like neodymium but maybe I'm wrong and they just aren't chromed.

I also did my Diffs (Amsoil 75w-90) and my T cas (Motorcraft LV) yesterday.

At 1 year and 14k miles... multiple off road (nothing to crazy) but a good use of 4A mode on the street.

All fluids looked really good. No significant metal in anything. Some black film in the rear diff but fluid came out still partially transparent.

Crazy how Ford somehow managed to require different fluids for every single thing.

80w-90 for the Front Diff
75w-85 for the Rear Diff
Mercon LV for the Tcase
Mercon ULV for the Transmission

Guess it matches the consistency of their bolt sizes.

It was $195.01 to the door. The ARB is a good part, but it appeared to be easier to reinstall the brake line with the Ford cover.

Carbon steel, Thx!! Good price assuming it’s similar strength / construction to ARB.
Brake line install great side point; noticed some guys were having to work around that b

Have any good pics of cover installed and how brake line solution is handled??

Thx again 👍
