So, I found this company and it looks like they have taken a completely different approach on the winch mounting system. They move the entire front bumper out a few inches thus avoiding moving any of the Parking Sensors. And, the winch is mounted high so as not to interfere with the ACC. A little pricey but seems like a really good alternative to what has been shown on here so far.

And, they seem to have a much better way to relocate the camera so it is not sticking out in front of everything.

Wrapped mine up this weekend. JCR product is solid. The installation video was great, but lacked the detail for the Raptor. Just a few more steps involved with the wiring due to the additional Raptor style grill lights. Thanks to all who added guidance on this installation above.

I finally have all the parts from JCR to do my installation. Any tips on the additional stuff for doing it on a Raptor like the 3 Amber lights? You able to get enough wire unwrapped for doing all the parking sensors? Looks good.

ASFIR makes killer stuff, but they are located in the middle east so shipping is going to be a lot.

According to the website, shipping is free worldwide.

The front sensors were probably the hardest part. Extending them would be easier in my opinion.

The front camera cable is buried in the harness for the grill lights.

That looks really nice. Does the front camera stick out beyond the fairlead? It is hard to tell from this front picture.
Yes. See below.

Camera video looks perfect. I assume the red is part of the winch.

Thank you for the information. Couple more questions. Did you have to remove the Grill? How long did the installation take? Did you do it all by your self or have help?

Thank you again.

Asked JCR directly regarding fit on Raptor, to which they replied something like “there basically the same parts it looks like the winch plate should work”. Not super definitive as I came to the conclusion that it SHOULD work myself.

I’m going for Zeon 12 S. Vehicle Weight especially loaded drives me to the 12 as a given, synthetic is just easier and lighter and my truck will be garaged when not driven (not exposed to UV), and Zeon because I’m paranoid. I think the Evo would be more than fine for the number of times I expect to be winching initially, but I’ll spend the money just in case

I’ve been also thinking through lighting on another thread, basically understanding what I’ll have to do to change the rigid off road lights off the Aux1 (only large amp circuit) to accommodate a light bar. Seems pretty straightforward, but I regret saying those words often.

Any thoughts on lighting?
I was thinking about why on earth did they use aux one for LED lights? Anyway, I’ll be watching the BN how to wire videos and moving that one over.

On a different note, not sure what the draw is on the relay for a winch controller, but whichever switch is use, surely would run to a relay that enables the full power run to the winch.

Yes. The grill needs to come off in order to relocate the camera. Removal was pretty easy. You will need to disconnect the camera feed, camera washer fluid tube and grill lights connection. You will want to do this before the winch is placed on the winch mount. JCR Offroad has a good video on the majority of the steps, but it is for the Bronco. The BRaptor has a few more steps, but nothing too crazy.

I did all the work myself. I would say plan for 5-6 hours without any interruptions. If you have help, it will be less time and easier.

Just a quick FYI. The BRaptor Aux switches are not the same as the Bronco. Aux 3 is the 30 amp on the BRaptor.

Thank you. I'm planning on doing it my self. I should be good to go as I was going to allot two days in case I ran into issues. Did you have to use an Aux switch for the winch?
