Looks great. Did you bedliner the roll cage?
ai am thinking about bedliner-ing the inside of the swingate and the first bit of the c-pillar cage because they tend to get scratched with use.
For some reason both Jeep and Bronco have forsworn the old quick remove bow method that makes swapping out or going topless quick and easy.
I need to read through the install instructions to make sure this works with the Raptor braces, but this may be the solution I was hoping for.
Would be nice if you could order leather or high / Lux on a regular Heritage. That would be my starting point for a 2025 if they upped the towing capacity.
Itās going to be interesting to see what they āfixā for the 2025 refresh.
Nice idea. I have the winch already from my jeep top hoist. I think there is enough room between the winch and the open garage door for my top and rack so I might try an attachment to the rack and lifting the whole thing that way.
@SkyKing - thanks for posting, it motivated me to try the setup again and the results seem much more balanced.
My 200.4 settings are pretty much the same w/ no gain front and about 15% rear. I did turn Time Delay to off since I figured the Bronco driver vs all settings would fight with it.
Unfortunately the 6.5ā rear pod kits donāt seem to fit with the Raptor brace. Thought about attempting a heat gun on @Mabettās pod set, but I didnāt think I could get it far enough in for the fit.
Thanks for this post.
I have the six channel with the factory sub and a 200.4 and have been dealing with the brightness up front. In discussions with Crutchfield to do a six channel amp so I can have more control between the JL Audio C2650 6.5ā woofer in the kick panel and the Audiofrog GS42...
You are right of course - especially the lack of a tach - but there is plenty of digital space to fix that problem.
I like the throwback idea / believe that was what Ford was attempting but was not obvious enough. Would rather it break with the 66 and use the dial for a tach and have speed on...
