What about a band-aid fix in the meantime until this gets sorted out?

Could you put a small piece of foam or rubber weather stripping on the bottom side of the signal lever? perhaps this would be enough for it to not drop far enough to initiate a left signal. If the foam is squishy you can push down for a left signal but the right turn/rebound may not start the left signal.

Just spitballing. Here but it seems a fix could be done before FMC develops one.

I think Ford has developed one. Apparently there's a TSB (or customer satisfaction, not sure which) for it, although it's been an issue for years in F-150s.

Also, if you want to reproduce it: go near full RH lock, accelerate, and crank the wheel to center very quickly. Don't let it self-center, you have to move it yourself. That's why it mostly does it in tight RH turns to the near lane. It will do it 100% of the time on mine in those conditions.

I had the exact same problem (‘23 Wildtrack) and took It to the dealer to fix. They were able to replicate the issue and replaced the whole turn signal / wiper stalk. So far so good but have only had it back for a couple days.

Has anybody gotten the dealer to fix this issue?
Hi there, AA. This turn signal concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Should you need further assistance please send us a DM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer and I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end. Great! I'm going bring up this issue on my next visit to the dealer.

I gave up on having this repaired. I have had two dealerships replace the switch and say they have repaired it but the problem still exists. My bumper to bumper runs out in 400 miles and I'm not going to take it in for a third time just to not have it fixed. I have a friend with an Expedition with the same problem. I have just decided Ford hasn't developed a replacement part to fix it.

I have the same problem. Took it to the dealer and the service manager looked at it. According to this Ford is planning a fix.

Update: The “fix” didn’t help…still have the same problem. Hopefully Ford will figure out the fix in my lifetime. It’s not a big deal but annoying when you have top/doors off and you don’t notice you have had the left turn signal on for miles…

I've been experiencing this issue since day one.

Whenever I make a U-turn or a sharp turn (e.g., merging into traffic from a parking lot) with the turn signal on to the intended direction, the signal stalk flips to the opposite direction as I return the steering wheel to the neutral position after making the turn.

It's quite frustrating, but I'm hesitant to bring it to the dealership until there's a solid solution provided by HQ.
