Torque Spec Reference List

I haven't seen it posted in one place and was hoping those service techs out there could help gather together a comprehensive list of torque specs that we can refer to.
I will update this post with all torque specs that people post here and add any bolts that people want added to the table.
I went ahead and purchased the 3-day workshop manual (So dumb it's so expensive, I miss the days of haynes) so if there are any torque specs people want added just reply and I'll add it and I will be going through it to find all the values I can.

Wow - 350 ft-lbs to change a shock. My torque wrench collection is wholly inadequate. Looks like I may have to invest in an 8 ft breaker bar

Heh. My buddy has a high end Porsche. It requires 450 ft lbs (I think) on the single lug nut. He has the torque wrench for it. It’s huge! 3/4” ratchet heads. Used that on my rear shock mounts. Still hard to torque as it’s so long you don’t get a lot of movement with the Bronco on the ground.

@Crashingken Upper control arm should be 122 lb.ft, not 210

Heh. My buddy has a high end Porsche. It requires 450 ft lbs (I think) on the single lug nut. He has the torque wrench for it. It’s huge! 3/4” ratchet heads. Used that on my rear shock mounts. Still hard to torque as it’s so long you don’t get a lot of movement with the Bronco on the ground.

443 ft lbs for center lock wheels on a Porsche AND they need to be torqued while off the ground!

The bash plate below the oil pan has Torque spec for bolts: 30 Nm (22 lb.ft)

How about the bolts (W721775-S439) that attach the Tow Eye (MB3Z-17N808-B) to the rear bumper? Also, are the TTY (torque to yield)?

59 lb.ft, not TTY

Must be the center lock wheels. They require 443ft lbs. you have to do it 3 times - torque, back it off, torque and back off and then final torque.
