Just my opinion but see what news you all have. With Stellantis rumoring massive MSRP cuts and 10's of thousands of new 2024 broncos still sitting on lots, I'm feeling I should just wait a few months to buy. They are NOT moving high cost vehicles right now, and it's only getting worse. I think we're seeing the collapse of the car market that was sure to happen after then insane high in the market a couple years ago. I'm already seeing high level badlands for 10 to 15k off (Have a quote IN HAND for a lux badlands hardtop sasquatch for $54,995 Right now). If Stellantis DOES slash MSRP's that much, everyone else is going to have to follow (Only diehard bronco lovers are going to buy a bronco when a similar jeep is $20,000 less) Thoughts?
If you can get a Badlands lux SAS for $55K, it sounds like a good deal and I can't see that price going down much further. What is the sticker price? Regardless of what Jeep does you won't get an equally equipped Jeep for $35k.

I would suggest that you wait, for a bit though, not a long time. With the soon to be trade wars in full swing, vehicles are about to get a lot more expensive, along with everything else Trump puts a tariff on.
These imposed tariffs will impact all new vehicles moving forward, but the 2024's will soon become a really good buy once the 2025's start to come onto dealer's lots.
I believe that in a couple of months you will see prices on Bronco's drop even more than the quote you presently have.
Good luck and keep us posted as to how this all works out for you.

With GM stock price up 22% in the last year, while Ford's stock has dropped 29% over the same time, can't believe Farley still has a job.

No kidding.

Now that you mention it though.. I oughta buy more shares in Ford lol. Their dividends are pretty bitchin compared to the per share price.. buy the dip!

Stellantis HAS TO cut prices because nobody wants their shitty shit lol. They just had their CEO resign over it..
To be fair, their ceo knew EXACTLY what he was doing. He went in knowing full well he was going to tank that company. He focused on short term gains, cut everything he could, only made high profit margin vehicles (wagoneer, tungsten, etc) made a few 100 million dollars. Then resigned. He did not care one bit about longevity of that company. He knew what he was doing would make him filthy rich. And it did. Hes probably laughing right now on his yacht.

There is never a good time or a bad time... You may not live past tomorrow- If not now, when?
Not necessarily. I would never own a Jeep, I don't care how much less they are. I went almost 50 years from owning a '74 Bronco to my '23. Never once during that middle period did I ever consider a Jeep.

I'd wait.

Ford dealers wanted to gouge back when I wanted to order in '22, the base went on indefinite hold, and nobody could tell me any real lead time if I ordered. Completely annoyed, I ordered my '23 JL from Granger well under list instead, and WELL under the price of theoretical marked up Broncos (and got it in 43 days). Immediately after, the prices on Jeeps kept rocketing upward, along with Bronco.

It's unsustainable, and the lots are showing it. Where pricing goes is anyone's guess, but I've heard of cuts coming on Jeeps. Ford has made my dream 2-door Bronco a $60K rig now, and I'm not seeing the value.
The good Ford dealers, alike Kendall Ford, never gouge.
Reputations for honesty and integrity are earned........and Kendall has.

I'm no economist but if everything is going to get more expensive due to trade wars, why would unsold cars be discounted? Seems to me that all car prices including used car prices will go back up. Where you may benefit waiting is if interest rates drop (assuming you are not paying cash).

We are definitely not going to see interest rates drop, not based on the latest inflation numbers just released today. As mentioned, the trade wars will drive costs up substantially as new cars get built with the increased costs.
Interim though, the the glut of existing Bronco's will have to be moved to free up dollars towards building the new 2025 and 2026 vehicles. To move this glut of inventory will take enticements, i.e., heavy discounts. Ford is presently offering 5K off of a 2024 as of today. This discounting will only get bigger until the glut is gone in a few months.

I would absolutely wait, stack cash and swoop in and buy a lightly used one for pennies (well maybe nickels) on the dollar.

My two cents - buy now if you find what you want. Ford over produced Broncos expecting there to be a huge pent up demand. That was not the case with high interest rates, new more shiny objects, etc. They are now stuck with thousands of leftover 2024’s and are discounting them. People who ordered 2025’s are now seeing there orders pushed back because too many 2024’s are available. My guess is they will scale back production in 2025 and less deals will be available. Used may be an option but those who overpaid are less likely to take a huge hit when selling or trading in. I also don’t expect MSRP to go down but expect ford to add additional standard equipment.

If you want to gamble on prices dropping, just remember this.

Everyone else is looking for a deal. If you're not worried about trim/options, wait. If you want a specific price cut 24, buy now. Especially if that 24 badlands is priced at where it is.

I will also reiterate what others have said above. Tariffs will cause the price of these vehicles to go up not down. My guess is that we will hit a ceiling like what happened in the mid 90’s. Manufactures stopped making certain sports cars because they were simply too expensive to manufacture and sell. I see car manufacturers cutting back models as their demand goes down. At the end of the day a bronco gets terrible gas mileage, isn’t practical and not particularly reliable - it’s a niche vehicle. It’s extremely fun and I love mine but it is what it is. I see some of these vehicles going away just like the Supra, 300zx and other niche vehicles did in the 90’s.

My suggestion - buy the Bronco that you want and equipped the way that you want. Otherwise, no matter the price that you may pay, you will always be regretting at some point that you did not get the exact model, accessories, the number of doors, tranny, etc. that you really wanted. And ordering a new 2025 may or may not get you what you want - as Ford has changed the models from 2024 as to standard equipment, number of doors, tranny, engine, etc. - and of course cost when you put it all together. Most likely Ford will be making even bigger changes for 2026. So if you can find what you want in a leftover 2024 you may want to consider it while it is still available - or otherwise consider ordering a 2025 if there is something that you would rather have and for the price that you are willing to pay.

It is the wrong time to buy a new car unless you can afford it. If you can’t pay cash, keep what you have or buy something cheaper and more practical.

A bird in the hand is worth twice in the bush. Before COVID, a car lot that was bursting at the seams was the norm. Yeah, Stellantis has deep discounts on previous years models - but that could be completely cyclical, and holding out longer means those discounts may dry up soon.

You have a great offer. An offer that is better than 99% of the people who purchased a 21 or 22 got, and probably much better than a 23. I would take it if you want a Bronco now and stop trying to time a volatile market.
