I’m looking to get some side steps to help my wife get in and out of my 2 door. I have the factory rock rails, so I need something that bolts onto those. I know IAG has a set, and I’ve seen a few other options on Amazon, but I’m wondering if there are other/better options out there that I should know about.

I ordered a cheap set from amazon. Theyve been fine but when they get wet they get a rust residue. If you go that route put a good coat of sealant on them.

I have the IAG steps. They're ok. I've only had them for a month and a half or so, so I don't feel comfy giving them more of an endorsement than that. They haven't exactly stood the test of time and abuse yet.

I have the @Mabett ones that are cast aluminum and they are great, but I don't think they are available anymore.

I have the aig. They are good, I think first to market. Expensive. 3 years later they are rusted.
They are great steps, but at this point others have flooded the market. I'd probably just pick up a pair of broaddict for 100$ (or less, look around)at this point. https://ebay.us/m/2yMrc1
Inexpensive, market tested. Use them until you get a feel for what you really want. I was thinking about nerf bars because old school, but then I have to remove the rock rails, which i don't want to do

$85 here https://ebay.us/m/oxH0xX

I have the Broaddicts and they’ve worked and worn well.

I have had the iAG steps for over a year and they are great. Broaddict is a company that just takes other companies’ designs and replicates them and sells them a little cheaper. I don’t like that tactic so I order from iAG (my tailgate table is iAG and Broaddict also sells that copied table design). They are easy to remove for trail runs and have been awesome for my short wife. Highly recommend.

My IAG steps arrived today, just 2 days after ordering them on Thursday. Packaging is perfect and I'll be installing them later today. I'm tempted to just install the one on the passenger side for my wife but figure there's still value in the extended reach for roof/windshield/hood access it can provide. She doesn't know so it should be a nice surprise first time she goes to get in and doesn't need the step stool.

I have the IAG full length boards on my two door. I went with the bolt on boards because it gives me more places to stand when reaching the roof, and the boards might possibly provide protection from road debris being turned up from the tires.
