I understand what the Bandlands comes with and the difference between rock rails and steps / running boards. My question is can the Ford OEM Raptor Style running boards be attached to the OEM rock rails that come on the Badlands even if they are not part of the factory order.

I guess my question is how do the Ford Raptor Style running boards attach to the rock rails? When you include the running boards as part of the order from the factory is there anything unique about the rock rails that allow the boards to be attached vs the rock rails when the boards are not part of the order?
The OE Raptor style running boards (Raptor and now option for Bronco) bolt to the OE Raptor style rock rails. The Raptor style rockrails are indeed different than the 'Badlands' style rockrails. It is a similar profile, but uses threaded holes to mount the running boards. The Badlands style rockrails do not have an OE option to attach steps/running boards. Our products were the first to offer this ability. We will soon have an option to mount to the Raptor style rails, with the same ease of install and removal.

I don't know if that is true or not for pre 2024 Badlands but the 2024 Badlands does have an option for removable steps. When I bought mine I had the choice between two Badlands. One with steps and one without. They were not full length and I didn't like the look and opted to go without. I don't know if they are available from Ford as an accessory.

Two years in central New England, lots of salt applied if there's a hint of snow. No rust. Very convenient, I can remove or re-install them in ten minutes, fifteen tops. I went for the full-length, which help protect the lower body more. (4-door) (I have RokBlokz mudflaps, too.)
No rust so far.
Their customer service is excellent. I needed a few replacement fixtures (my fault); they sent them gratis.
IAG on my ‘22 2dr BD. Very pleased with them so far. Completely agree with you re customer service

Every time I see a Bronco with the IAG steps they are already starting to rust and look like crap.
Depends where in the country you are. I had the Broadaddict ones for over a year, same thing as IAG just cheaper, and they were fine. But no snow or salt in SoCal

Sorry, but not the same. They are a cheap knock-off made in China. Our EZ steps are proudly made in the USA.

24 had 3 options. Rock rails, Raptor style running board and removeable hoop step. You are likely referring to the hoop step. Yes it is removeable, but requires unbolting the entire thing. It's not as practical to remove as other options.

Worth pointing out is that the full-length steps offer better protection from splash and debris on the lower body parts. Also, the half-moon (single door) steps come in two flavors: one is a bit higher than the other, so people considering those need to read the descriptions carefully.

Yes, the V1 sits flush with the rock rail, the V2 is about 2" lower.

May I suggest: your web people should take images of the two half-moon steps, close-up and identified, and post them side-by-side so buyers will be sure to see just which model has which difference.
