The people that answer the phone there are trained for customer service and usually don't know a damn thing when it comes to the vehicles they represent They have access to the same things I do, but do not know where to click to see things or know how to interpret what they see. While there are some cases that the Sync version is not displayed in PTS, yours is not one of them.THANK YOU again! This is great! I am not having ANY issues with the vehicle (other than the ones I am creating for myself installing and buying stuff for it)...so I will wait. I DID call Ford Customer Support and their response was "because your vehicle hasn't received an update for the past 60 days, we cannot verify your software versions". I just kind of chuckled and said "so do I have an issue or not" and the answer was "go to the dealership and have them update your software and then you will start getting updates". A very circular and interesting [lack of] response.
